Es wird eine Wärmenutzungsvorichtung (WNV) beschrieben, die unter Nutzung der Kühl- und/oder der Abgaswärme einer Primärmaschine (PM) in einem Betriebsmittel (BM) Kreislauf einen hohen Gesamtwirkungsgrad von 0,45 < ηPM+WNV < 0,69 erzielt. Als Primärmaschine werden eingesetzt ein Verbrennungsmotor (I, VM2), stationär oder eingebaut in einem Fahrzeug, insbesondere Kraftfahrzeug, ein Gas-/Dampfturbinen Kraftwerk (II, GT4, DT3,3'), eine Kraft-Wärme-Kopplungsanlage oder ein Brenner (III, BR9), insbesondere Biogasbrenner, und als Betriebsmittel ein Heißdampf oder ein Gemisch aus einem überkritischen Hochdruckdampf plus dem Heißdampf und/oder plus Teilen des Abgases unter Gewinnung von Mischungsenthalpie. Weiterhin ist eine Verwendung der Wärmenutzungsvorrichtung vorgesehen als Luft- oder Abgasverdichter unter Abspeicherung, als mechanischer Lader der Primärmaschine, die, wie auch die Wärmenutzungsvorrichtung, unter Nutzung der abgespeicherten Druckluft / des -abgases (53) als Druckluft-/Abgasmaschine bzw. als Booster betrieben werden kann und dann eine relative Gesamtleistung der PM+WNV-Kombianlage von 1,6 < PPM+WNV/PPM < 2,3 ergibt.

The invention describes a heat recovery system (WNV), which in a working fluid (BM) circulation achieves a high overall efficiency of from 0.45 < ŋPM+WNV < 0.69 utilising the cooling heat and/or the exhaust gas heat of a primary engine (PM). A combustion engine (I, VM2), stationary or installed in a vehicle, particularly a motor vehicle, a gas/steam turbine power plant (II, GT4, DT3,3'), a combined heat and power station or a burner (III, BR9), particularly a biogas burner, are used as the primary engine. A superheated steam or a mixture of a supercritical high-pressure steam plus the superheated steam and/or plus portions of the exhaust gas are used as the working fluid producing enthalpy of mixing. The invention further relates to a use of the heat recovery system as an air or exhaust gas compressor with storage, as a mechanical supercharger of the primary engine, which, like the heat recovery system, can be operated as a compressed air/exhaust gas engine or as a booster using the stored compressed air/compressed exhaust gas (53). A relative overall efficiency of the combined PM + WNV plant of 1.6 < PPM+WNV/PPM < 2.3 is achieved.

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'exploitation de la chaleur WNV qui, en exploitant la chaleur de refroidissement et/ou d'échappement d'une machine primaire PM, atteint sur un circuit de fluide de fonctionnement BM un degré de rendement élevé de 0,45 < ηPM + WNV < 0,69. La machine primaire PM peut être un moteur à combustion interne VM, stationnaire ou installé dans un véhicule (automobile), une centrale à turbines à gaz ou à vapeur, une installation de cogénération ou un brûleur (de biogaz) et le fluide de fonctionnement BM peut être de la vapeur surchauffée ou un mélange d'une vapeur surcritique à haute pression et d'une vapeur surchauffée et/ou des parties des gaz d'échappement en exploitant l'enthalpie de mélange. Par ailleurs, il est prévu d'utiliser le dispositif WNV comme compresseur d'air ou de gaz d'échappement avec stockage comme chargeur mécanique de la machine primaire qui, tout comme le dispositif WNV, peut être exploitée comme machine à air comprimé/à gaz d'échappement ou comme booster en exploitant la pression d'air/de gaz d'échappement accumulé, ce qui permet d'atteindre une puissance totale relative de l'installation combinée PM + WNV de 1,6 < PPM+WNV/PPM < 2,3.
