A thick-walled steel pipe for linepipes is provided in which the decrease in yield stress caused by the Bauschinger effect is inhibited by optimizing the metallographic structure of a steel plate and in which the base metal and the weld heat-affected zone have excellent toughness. The welded steel pipe for linepipes, which has superior compressive strength and superior toughness, contains, in terms of mass%, 0.03-0.08% C, up to 0.10% Si, 1.00-2.00% Mn, up to 0.010% P, up to 0.0030% S, up to 0.06% Al, 0.005-0.020% Nb, 0.005-0.025% Ti, and 0.0010-0.0060% N, Ti (%)/N (%) being 2-4, the value of Ceq being 0.30 or more, and the remainder comprising Fe and incidental impurities. The steel pipe is characterized in that the metallographic structure of the base metal has specific values of the contents of bainite, island martensite (MA), and cementite, etc. and that the weld heat-affected zone has a specific metallographic structure. Also provided is a process for producing the welded steel pipe.

L'invention concerne un tuyau d'acier à paroi épaisse pour des tubes de canalisation dans lequel la diminution de la contrainte à la limite élastique qui est causée par l'effet Bauschinger est empêchée en optimisant la structure métallographique d'une tôle d'acier, et dans lequel le métal de base et la zone affectée par la chaleur de soudage présentent une excellente ténacité. Le tuyau d'acier soudé pour tubes de canalisation, qui présente une résistance à la compression supérieure et une ténacité supérieure, contient, en termes de % en masse, entre 0,03 % et 0,08 % de C, jusqu'à 0,10 % de Si, entre 1,00 % et 2,00 % de Mn, jusqu'à 0,010 % de P, jusqu'à 0,0030 % de S, jusqu'à 0,06 % d'Al, entre 0,005 % et 0,020 % de Nb, entre 0,005 % et 0,025 % de Ti, et entre 0,0010 % et 0,0060 % de N, le rapport Ti (%)/N (%) étant compris entre 2 et 4, la valeur de Ceq étant de 0,30, ou plus, et le reste contenant du Fe et des impuretés occasionnelles. 鋼板の金属組織を最適化することで、バウシンガー効果による降伏応力低下を抑制し、母材および溶接熱影響部の靱性にも優れた、厚肉のラインパイプ用鋼管を提供することを目的とする。具体的には、質量%で、C:0.03~0.08%、Si:0.10%以下、Mn:1.00~2.00%、P:0.010%以下、S:0.0030%以下、Al:0.06%以下、Nb:0.005~0.020%、Ti:0.005~0.025%、N:0.0010~0.0060%を含有し、Ti(%)/N(%)が2~4であり、Ceq値が0.30以上であり、残部がFe及び不可避的不純物からなる鋼管であり、母材の金属組織のベイナイト、島状マルテンサイト(MA)、セメンタイトの分率等と溶接熱影響部の金属組織を特定したことを特徴とする、高い圧縮強度および高い靱性に優れたラインパイプ用溶接鋼管およびその製造方法。
