Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Drehmomentübertragungseinrichtung in einem Antriebstrang eines Fahrzeuges zur Übertragung eines Drehmomentes zwischen einem Antrieb, wie Verbrennungsmotor oder Elektromotor, und einem Getriebe, wie Doppelkupplungsgetriebe, mit einem Drehschwingungsdämpfer, wie Zweimassenschwungrad, mit Eingangsflansch und Ausgangsflansch (2) und zwischen diesen angeordneten Dämpfungseinrichtungen, und einer Kupplungseinrichtung, wie einer nass laufenden Doppelkupplungseinrichtung, insbesondere mit radial geschachtelten Einzelkupplungen, mit einem Eingangskorb (10) und einer Ausgangsseite und einem zwischen diesen angeordneten Reiblamellenpaket, wobei der Ausgangsflansch des Drehschwingungsdämpfers eine Innenverzahnung und der Eingangskorb der Kupplungseinrichtung eine Außenverzahnung aufweisen, die gemeinsam eine axiale Steckverzahnung zur Übertragung des Drehmomentes zwischen Antrieb und Getriebe bilden.

The present invention relates to a torque transmission device in a drive train of a vehicle for transmitting a torque between a drive, such as an internal combustion engine or an electric motor, and a gearbox, such as a dual clutch gearbox, comprising a torsional vibration damper, such as a dual mass flywheel, having an input flange and an output flange (2) and damping devices arranged therebetween, and a clutch device, such as a wet-running dual clutch device, in particular having radially nested individual clutches, having an input basket (10) and an output side and a friction disk pack arranged therebetween, wherein the output flange of the torsional vibration damper has inner teeth and the input basket of the clutch device has outer teeth, which together form a set of axial plugging teeth for transmitting the torque between the drive and the gearbox.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de transfert de couple, qui équipe la chaîne cinématique d'un véhicule, et qui sert à effectuer le transfert de couple entre un moteur tel qu'un moteur à combustion interne ou un moteur électrique et la transmission telle qu'une transmission à double embrayage. Ce dispositif comporte un amortisseur de vibrations torsionnelles, tel qu'un volant d'inertie à deux masses d'inertie, un flasque d'entrée, un flasque de sortie (2), et un dispositif amortisseur monté entre ces deux flasques, et un dispositif d'embrayage tel qu'un dispositif de double embrayage hydraulique, comportant en particulier des embrayages indépendants à montage radial, une cage d'entrée (10) et un côté de sortie, et un jeu de disques de friction monté entre la cage et le côté de sortie. Le flasque de sortie du dispositif de transfert de couple comporte une denture intérieure, alors que la cage d'entrée du dispositif d'embrayage comporte une denture extérieure, ces deux dentures s'engrenant de façon à permettre un transfert de couple entre moteur et transmission.
