Abstract:
(EN) An electroconductive paste composition, particularly for solar cells, contains silver particles, glass particles, an organic vehicle, and at least one additive. The additive may be tantalum pentoxide or fine, electrically conductive, metal particles, such as gold and/or platinum group metals. When used to form an electrical contact on a solar cell, such a paste provides for enhanced adhesion of the contact to the cell and improved electron transmission.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition de pâte électroconductrice, destinée en particulier à des piles solaires, contenant des particules d'argent, des particules de verre, un véhicule organique, et au moins un additif. L'additif peut être de l'anhydride tentalique ou des particules métalliques fines électroconductrices, telles que des métaux du groupe or et/ou platine. Une telle pâte, lorsqu'elle est utilisée pour former un contact électrique sur une pile solaire, permet une adhésion accrue du contact sur la pile et une transmission électronique améliorée.
