Abstract
(EN)
An object is to provide a semiconductor device that can realize a function of a thyristor without complication of the process. A semiconductor device including a memory circuit that stores a predetermined potential by reset operation and initialization operation is provided with a circuit that rewrite data in the memory circuit in accordance with supply of a trigger signal. The semiconductor device has a structure in which a current flowing through the semiconductor device is supplied to a load by rewriting data in the memory circuit, and thus can function as a thyristor.

L'invention concerne un dispositif semi-conducteur pouvant réaliser la fonction d'un thyristor, mais sans la complication du processus. Un dispositif semi-conducteur comprenant un circuit de mémoire mémorisant un potentiel prédéterminé à la suite d'une opération de réinitialisation et d'initialisation est doté d'un circuit réécrivant des données dans le circuit de mémoire en réponse à la délivrance d'un signal de déclenchement. Le dispositif semi-conducteur possède une structure dans laquelle un courant traversant le dispositif semi-conducteur est délivré à une charge en réécrivant des données dans le circuit de mémoire, et peut donc fonctionner comme un thyristor.
