Abstract

The invention relates to a method and system for the real-time automatic analysis of the quality of samples of processed fish meat based on the external appearance thereof, said samples travelling on a conveyor belt such that surface defects can be detected and the fish meat can be sorted according to quality standards. The invention comprises the following steps: automatically detecting the processed fish meat samples on the conveyor belt using a tracking method; capturing periodic images of the conveyor belt in order to produce a segmentation of the captured images; analysing the captured image in order to determine the shape and colour of the processed fish meat samples; counting the processed fish meat samples; and detecting surface defects on the processed fish meat samples, such as haematomas and melanosis. The system comprises: a portable device which is positioned above a conveyor belt and which includes a closed dome-type cover insulated from the surrounding environment, positioned above the conveyor belt, and an L-shaped base structure that is used to position the cover above the conveyor belt without handling same; means for storing and processing information; image-capture means; graphical user interface means for inputting pre-defined parameters and viewing results; and lighting means for maximising the uniformity of the light intensity received by the processed fish meat samples in the entire space of the image to be captured.

Método y sistema para analizar automáticamente en tiempo real, la calidad de muestras de carnes de pescado procesados en base a su apariencia externa, que circulan a través de una cinta transportadora que permite detectar defectos superficiales y clasificar las carnes según patrones de calidad, que comprende: detectar automáticamente las muestras de carne de pescado procesado sobre la cinta transportadora a través de un método de rastreo; capturar imágenes periódicas de la cinta transportadora con el fin de realizar una segmentación de las imágenes capturadas; y analizar la imagen capturada para determinar la geometría y color de las muestras de carnes de pecado procesados; contar las muestras de carnes de pescado procesados; y detectar defectos superficiales en las muestras de carne de pescado procesados como hematomas y melanosis. Asimismo, el sistema comprende: un aparato portátil que se ubica sobre una cinta transportadora que posee: una cubierta cerrada y aislada del medio circundante, tipo cúpula, ubicada por sobre la cinta transportadora y una estructura base en forma de "L" que permite posicionar la cubierta sobre una cinta transportadora sin intervenirla; medios de almacenamiento y procesamiento de la información; medios de captura de imágenes; medios de interfaz gráfica de usuario para ingresar parámetros predefinidos y visualizar resultados; y medios de iluminación para maximizar la uniformidad de la intensidad de luz que reciben las muestras de carne de pescado procesado en todo el espacio de la imagen a capturar.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un système destinés à analyser automatiquement en temps réel, sur la base de l'aspect extérieur, la qualité d'échantillons de chairs de poisson traité qui circulent sur une bande transporteuse permettant de détecter des défauts superficiels et de classifier les chairs selon des modèles de qualité. Le procédé consiste: à détecter automatiquement les échantillons de chair de poisson traité sur la bande transporteuse par le biais d'un procédé de suivi; à capturer des images périodiques de la bande transporteuse aux fins de réaliser une segmentation des images capturées; et à analyser l'image capturée pour déterminer la géométrie et la couleur des échantillons de chair de poisson traité; à compter les échantillons de chair de poisson traité; et à détecter les défauts superficiels dans les échantillons de chair de poisson traité, tels que les hématomes et les mélanoses. De même, le système comprend: un appareil portatif situé sur une bande transporteuse qui possède: un couvercle fermé et isolé du milieu environnant, du type coupole, placé au-dessus de la bande transporteuse, et une structure de base en forme de "L" qui permet de positionner le couvercle sur une bande transporteuse sans intervention sur celle-ci; des moyens de stockage et de traitement de l'information; des moyens de capture d'images; des moyens d'interface graphique utilisateur pour entrer des paramètres prédéfinis et visualiser des résultats; et des moyens d'éclairage destinés à maximiser l'uniformité de l'intensité de la lumière que reçoivent les échantillons de chair de poisson traité dans tout l'espace de l'image à capturer.
