Abstract

The display device has a display panel where a photosensor and a transistor including an oxide semiconductor layer are arranged. The display device detects a shadow of the object, which is projected on the display panel when the object approaches the display panel and blocks ambient light, with a photosensor, whereby a position or motion of the object is detected. Even when the object is not in contact with the display panel, the object can be detected.

Le dispositif d'affichage comprend un panneau d'affichage dans lequel sont disposés un photodétecteur et un transistor comprenant une couche semi-conductrice d'oxyde. Le dispositif d'affichage détecte une ombre de l'objet, qui est projetée sur le panneau d'affichage lorsque l'objet approche du panneau d'affichage et bloque la lumière ambiante, avec un photodétecteur, ce qui permet de détecter une position ou un mouvement de l'objet. Même lorsque l'objet n'est pas en contact avec le panneau d'affichage, l'objet peut être détecté.
