Abstract:
(EN) The architectonic spacer building system is a simplified prefabrication assembly using industrialised building system concept in the construction industry. Accordingly, the architectonic spacer building system for skeleton construction which used for developing design assembly for physical building components in a modular industrialised building system (IBS), characterised in that the architectonic spacer building system includes spacer having predetermined shape for use in formulate modular form of building component; wherein the spacer is a piece of physical building assembly component to integrate with various physical building components in prefabrication. The use of the spacer system can increase the degree of flexibility in obtaining multi dimensional building forms (e.g. shape) such as rectangular, square, polygon, triangle, etc. Accordingly, the spacer can be a designed principle for flexible assembly of roof such as pyramid roof, mansard roof (double slope), cone roof by using the composite key roof connector. Said spacer is a key designed assembly system that supports flexible assembly of design-integrated industrialised building system made up of pre-assembled and standardised physical building component for sub- and super-structures. This spacer-designed assembly system completes the assembly of industrialised components. The same spacer-designed assembly system can also be used in other engineering or industrial applications such as furniture, etc.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de construction d'espaceur architectural qui est un ensemble préfabriqué simplifié utilisant un concept de système de construction industrialisé dans l'industrie de la construction. En conséquence, le système de construction d'espaceur architectural pour construction de charpente, qui est utilisé pour développer un ensemble de conceptions de composants de construction physique dans un système de construction modulaire industrialisé (IBS), est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un espaceur de forme prédéterminée utilisé dans une forme modulaire établie d'un composant de construction; l'espaceur est une pièce de composant d'assemblage de construction physique à intégrer à différents composants de construction physique en préfabrication. L'utilisation du système d'espaceur peut augmenter le degré de flexibilité dans l'obtention de formes de construction multidimensionnelles (par exemple, la forme), telles que des formes rectangulaires, carrées, polygonales, triangulaires, etc. En conséquence, l'espaceur peut être un principe de conception pour un assemblage flexible de toit, tel qu'un toit pyramidal, un toit de mansarde (double pente), un toit conique par utilisation d'un connecteur de toit clé composite. L'espaceur est un système d'assemblage clé qui supporte un ensemble flexible de système de construction industrialisé à conception intégrée constitué d'un composant de construction physique pré-assemblé et normalisé pour des sous-structures et des superstructures. Ce système d'assemblage à espaceur complète un ensemble de composés industrialisés. Le même système d'assemblage à espaceur peut également être utilisé dans d'autres applications techniques et industrielles, telles qu'un meuble, etc.
