Abstract

A user scheduling and transmission power controlling method in a hierarchical-cell communication system or a multi-cell communication system, and a device to perform the methods, are provided. Interference may occur between various cells in the hierarchical-cell communication system or the multi-cell communication system, and the interference may be controlled by adjusting transmission power of various cells. The various cells may determine an optimal transmission power based on a cost of a corresponding transmission power. Also, the various cells may serve various users and may propose an optimal user scheduling method.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de planification et de commande par l'utilisateur de la puissance d'émission dans un système de communication à cellules hiérarchiques ou un système de communication à plusieurs cellules, et un dispositif pour exécuter les procédés. Une interférence peut se produire entre plusieurs cellules du système de communication à cellules hiérarchiques ou du système de communication à plusieurs cellules, et l'interférence peut être commandée par l'ajustement de la puissance d'émission de diverses cellules. Les différentes cellules peuvent déterminer une puissance d'émission optimale sur la base d'un coût d'une puissance d'émission correspondante. De même, les différentes cellules peuvent servir plusieurs utilisateurs et peuvent proposer un procédé de planification utilisateur optimal.
