This invention provides a base station, a terminal station, a radio system, a radio control method and a storage medium wherein the status of the use of a frequency band, which is allocated to another radio system or the use of which is permitted on a priority basis, can be estimated with high precision. The base station, the radio system of which is operative to estimate the status of the use of a frequency band which is allocated to another radio system or the use of which is permitted on a priority basis, comprises an estimating means for estimating the foregoing status of the use of the frequency band on the basis of a received signal power ratio of a received signal power value of the other radio system to a received signal power value of the above-said radio system in at least one sensing apparatus.

La présente invention concerne une station de base, une station terminale, un système radio, un procédé de contrôle radio, et un support de stockage, permettant d'estimer avec une grande précision le statut d'utilisation d'une bande de fréquence qui est allouée à un autre système radio ou dont l'utilisation est autorisée sur une base prioritaire. La station de base, dont le système radio permet d'estimer le statut d'utilisation d'une bande de fréquence qui est allouée à un autre système radio ou dont l'utilisation est autorisée sur une base prioritaire, comprend un moyen d'estimation permettant d'estimer le statut antérieur de l'utilisation de la bande de fréquence en se basant sur un rapport de puissance de signal reçu entre une valeur de puissance de signal reçu de l'autre système radio et une valeur de puissance de signal reçu du système radio susmentionné dans au moins un appareil de détection.
