Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a display device, wherein a display device is not easily damaged and the interfacial adhesion between a resin layer and the display device and the interfacial adhesion between the resin layer and a transparent surface member (a protective plate) can be increased, while sufficiently suppressing the generation of air bubbles due to a curable resin composition in a liquid state. Specifically disclosed is a method for manufacturing a display device, which comprises (a) a step wherein a sealing part that is composed of a double-sided adhesive tape (12) or the like is formed in the peripheral portion of the surface of a display device (a first surface member) (50), (b) a step wherein a liquid photocurable resin composition (14) is supplied into a region that is surrounded by the sealing part, (c) a step wherein a transparent surface member (a second surface member) (10) is superposed on the photocurable resin composition (14) in a reduced pressure atmosphere at 100 Pa or less, thereby obtaining a laminate in which the photocurable resin composition (14) is hermetically sealed, and (d) a step wherein a resin layer is formed by curing the photocurable resin composition (14), while placing the laminate in a pressure atmosphere at 50 kPa or more.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de dispositif d'affichage permettant d'obtenir un appareil d'affichage peu susceptible d'être endommagé, et d'accroître la force d'adhérence à l'interface entre une couche de résine et l'appareil d'affichage ainsi qu'à l'interface entre la couche de résine et un matériau de surface transparent (feuille protectrice), et dans lequel l'apparition de bulles due à une composition de résine photodurcissable à l'état liquide peut être suffisamment réduite. Le procédé de fabrication du dispositif d'affichage comprend : une étape (a) de formation d'une partie d'étanchéité à partir d'un ruban adhésif double face (12), ou similaire, sur une partie périphérique de la surface de l'appareil d'affichage (50) (premier matériau de surface); une étape (b) d'approvisionnement en composition de résine photodurcissable (14) à l'état liquide dans une région entourée par la partie d'étanchéité; une étape (c) d'obtention d'un stratifié dans lequel la composition de résine photodurcissable (14) est hermétiquement enfermée, par superposition d'un matériau de surface transparent (10) (second matériau de surface) sur la composition de résine photodurcissable (14) sous atmosphère de pression réduite inférieure ou égale à 100Pa; et une étape (d) de formation de la couche de résine par durcissement de la composition de résine photodurcissable (14) dans un état tel que le stratifié est placé sous une atmosphère de pression supérieure ou égale à 50kPa.
