The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a thin-film photovoltaic cell module (10) encompassing an array of cells (100), comprising the steps of (i) providing the array of cells (100); (ii) determining, per cell (100), an electrical performance for one or more cells (100) of the array; (iii) identifying each cell (100) by its position in the array; (iv) determining one or more electrical paths (50, 52, 54) encompassing one or more of the cells (100) according to at least one optimization criterion; and (v) combining two or more cells (100) for realizing one or more electrical paths (50, 52, 54) by maintaining or establishing electrical connections (30) between individual cells (100) of the array according to the at least one optimization criterion.

Cette invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un module photovoltaïque à couches minces (10) englobant un réseau de cellules (100), qui consiste à: i) mettre en oeuvre le réseau de cellules (100); ii) déterminer, par cellule (100), un rendement électrique pour une ou plusieurs cellules (100) du réseau; iii) identifier chaque cellule (100) par sa position dans le réseau; iv) déterminer un ou plusieurs circuits électriques (50, 52, 54) englobant une ou plusieurs cellules (100) selon au moins un critère d'optimisation; et v) combiner deux ou plusieurs cellules (100) pour réaliser un ou plusieurs circuits électriques (50, 52, 54) en maintenant ou en établissant des connexions électriques (30) entre des cellules individuelles (100) du réseau selon le(s) critère(s) d'optimisation.
