The present invention relates to a liquid crystal display panel having a built-in touch screen, and particularly, to a liquid crystal display panel having a built-in touch screen in which photoconductive cells (CDS cells) are arranged on an upper surface of a black matrix to identify the location at which a touch on the liquid crystal display panel occurs. Consequently, a sensor for sensing the location at which a touch on the liquid crystal display panel occurs is prevented from being contaminated or from erroneously operating when broken, which might otherwise occur when the sensor is outwardly exposed, thereby improving the reliability of products, and simplifying manufacturing processes which thus improves productivity.

La présente invention porte sur un panneau d'affichage à cristaux liquides qui a un écran tactile incorporé, et en particulier, sur un panneau d'affichage à cristaux liquides qui a un écran tactile incorporé dans lequel des cellules photoconductrices (cellules CDS) sont agencées sur une surface supérieure d'une matrice noire pour identifier l'emplacement auquel un toucher sur le panneau d'affichage à cristaux liquides se produit. Par conséquent, un capteur pour détecter l'emplacement auquel un toucher sur le panneau d'affichage à cristaux liquides se produit est empêché d'être contaminé ou de fonctionner de manière erronée lorsqu'il est cassé, ce qui pourrait se produire autrement lorsque le capteur est exposé vers l'extérieur, de façon à améliorer ainsi la fiabilité des produits et simplifier les procédés de fabrication qui améliorent ainsi la productivité.

본 발명은 터치스크린 내장형 액정 표시 패널에 관한 것으로, 특히 블랙 매트릭스의 상면에 액정 표시 패널 상에서 터치가 발생하는 위치를 식별하기 위한 광도전 소자(CDS 셀)가 형성된 터치스크린 내장형 액정 표시 패널에 관한 것이다. 이에 따라서, 액정 표시 패널 상에서 터치가 발생하는 위치를 식별하기 위한 센서가 외부로 노출됨으로써 발생되는 센서의 오염 및 파손에 따른 오작동을 방지하여 제품의 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 제조공정이 간단하여 제품의 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
