Disclosed is a structural material which has excellent ductility characteristics and strength characteristics at high temperatures. Specifically disclosed is an Ni3(Si, Ti) intermetallic compound which is characterized by containing 25-500 ppm by weight of B per the weight of an intermetallic compound that has a composition that contains Ni as the main component, while containing 7.5-12.5% by atom of Si, 4.5-11.5% by atom of Ti and 0.5-5.0% by atom of W with the total being 100% by atom.

La présente invention se rapporte à un matériau structurel qui présente d'excellentes caractéristiques de ductibilité et d'excellentes caractéristiques de solidité à des températures élevées. De façon précise, la présente invention se rapporte à un composé intermétallique Ni3(Si, Ti) qui est caractérisé en ce qu'il contient de 25 à 500 ppm en poids de bore (B) par poids d'un composé intermétallique qui présente une composition qui contient du nickel (Ni) en tant que composant principal tout en contenant de 7,5 à 12,5 % par atome de silicium (Si), de 4,5 à 11,5 % par atome de titane (Ti) et de 0,5 à 5,0 % par atome de tungstène (W), le total faisant 100 % par atome.

 高温で優れた延性特性及び強度特性を備える構造材料を提供する。本発明によれば、主成分であるNi、7.5~12.5原子%のSi、4.5~11.5原子%のTi及び0.5~5.0原子%のWからなる合計100原子%の組成を有する金属間化合物の重量に対して25~500重量ppmのBを含有することを特徴とするNi3(Si,Ti)系金属間化合物が提供される。
