Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Diagnose und/oder Vorhersage der Entwicklung von neurodegenerativen Erkrankungen. Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren werden zunächst weißen Blutzellen aus einer Blutprobe einer zu untersuchenden Person isoliert, anschließend angereichert und/oder kultiviert, sowie die hierdurch gebildeten CFUs verglichen und ausgewertet. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung die Verwendung eines CFC-Assays zur Diagnose und/oder Vorhersage der Entwicklung von neurodegenerativen Erkrankungen und einen hierfür geeigneten Kit.

The present invention relates to a method for diagnosing and/or predicting the development of neurodegenerative diseases. In the method according to the invention, white blood cells are first isolated from a blood sample of a person to be examined, then enriched and/or cultured, and the CFUs formed in this way are compared and evaluated. The invention further relates to the use of a CFC assay for diagnosing and/or predicting the development of neurodegenerative diseases and a kit suitable therefor.

La présente invention concerne un procédé pour le diagnostic et/ou le pronostic du développement de maladies neurodégénératives. Selon le procédé, des globules blancs sont tout d'abord isolés d'un échantillon sanguin d'une personne à examiner, puis concentrés et/ou cultivés, et les UFC (unités formant colonies) ainsi formées sont comparées et évaluées. L'invention concerne en outre l'utilisation d'un dosage de CFC pour le diagnostic et/ou le pronostic du développement de maladies neurodégénératives et un kit approprié à cet effet.
