Abstract

A power tool (100) includes a housing (4), a motor (11) provided in the housing (4), a deceleration system (13) which decelerates the rotary motion outputted by the motor (11) and a working shaft (5) engaged with a corresponding bit during working. The deceleration system (13) has an output end (22) to output the decelerated rotary motion and a main shaft (24) connected with the output end. An active striking block (31) moving axially relative to the main shaft (24) is arranged on the main shaft (24). The working shaft (5) is provided a passive striking block (51) rotated therewith. First end teeth (311) are provided on the active striking block (31), and second end teeth (511) are provided on the passive striking block (51). The passive striking block (51) is driven by the active striking block (31) through the first end teeth (311) of the active striking block (31) engaging with the second end teeth (511) of the passive striking block (51). The power tool (100) also includes a clutch (41) which moves between a first position and a second position to selectively fixedly connect the active striking block (31) with at least one of the output end (22) and the main shaft (24). The power tool (100) is simple in structure, low in cost and easy to operate and reduces the labor.

Un outil motorisé (100) comprend un logement (4), un moteur (11) disposé dans le logement (4), un système de ralentissement (13) qui ralentit le mouvement rotatif sorti par le moteur (11) et un arbre de travail (5) en prise avec un foret correspondant pendant le travail. Le système de ralentissement (13) comporte une extrémité de sortie (22) pour sortir le mouvement rotatif ralenti et un arbre principal (24) relié à l'extrémité de sortie. Un bloc de frappe actif (31) se déplaçant axialement par rapport à l'arbre principal (24) est disposé sur l'arbre principal (24). L'arbre de travail (5) est pourvu d'un bloc de frappe passif (51) tournant avec celui-ci. Des premières dents d'extrémité (311) sont disposées sur le bloc de frappe actif (31), et des secondes dents d'extrémité (511) sont disposées sur le bloc de frappe passif (51). Le bloc de frappe passif (51) est entraîné par le bloc de frappe actif (31) par l'intermédiaire des premières dents d'extrémité (311) du bloc de frappe actif (31) venant en prise avec les secondes dents d'extrémité (511) du bloc de frappe passif (51). L'outil motorisé (100) comprend également un embrayage (41) qui se déplace entre une première position et une seconde position pour sélectivement relier de façon fixe le bloc de frappe actif (31) à l'extrémité de sortie (22) et/ou à l'arbre principal (24). L'outil motorisé (100) présente une structure simple, un faible coût et un fonctionnement facile et réduit la main-d'œuvre.
