The present invention relates to a cylindrical windmill for wind power generation and is directed to provide a cylindrical windmill for use in a vertical axis wind power generation system, which is designed for more efficient use of the wind power energy by expanding a wind power-receiving area while minimizing the rotational resistance by wings. To this end, the cylindrical windmill for wind power generation according to the present invention comprises: a support frame formed in a cylindrical shape around a rotational shaft; a plurality of wing fixtures protruded from the support frame; a plurality of wing fixing plates, each of which is fixed to the corresponding wing fixture and has elastic properties; and a plurality of wings, each of which is composed of an operating range installed in such a manner that the middle portion between the center and the tip of a wing is fixed to one side of the wing fixing plate to open or close a space that is formed between the wing fixture and the wing fixing plate, and an auxiliary operating range adapted to protrude outside the wing fixture when the space is opened by the operating range.

La présente invention concerne un moulin à vent cylindrique pour production d'énergie éolienne, et a pour objet un moulin à vent cylindrique destiné à être utilisé dans un système de production d'énergie éolienne à axe vertical, conçu pour utiliser l'énergie éolienne avec un meilleur rendement en agrandissant une zone de captage d'énergie éolienne tout en minimisant la résistance à la rotation due aux pales. À cet effet, le moulin à vent cylindrique pour production d'énergie éolienne selon la présente invention comporte : une charpente porteuse formée de manière cylindrique autour d'un arbre de rotation ; une pluralité de supports de pales dépassant de la charpente porteuse ; une pluralité de plaques de fixation de pales dont chacune est fixée au support de pale correspondant et présente des propriétés élastiques ; et une pluralité de pales dont chacune est composée d'une aire d'exploitation installée de telle manière que la partie médiane située entre le centre et le bout d'une pale soit fixée à un côté de la plaque de fixation de pale afin d'ouvrir ou de fermer un espace formé entre le support de pale et la plaque de fixation de pale, et une aire d'exploitation auxiliaire prévue pour dépasser hors du support de pale lorsque l'espace est ouvert par l'aire d'exploitation.

본 발명은 풍력발전용 원통형 풍차에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 수직형 풍력발전장치에 사용되는 원통형 풍차에 있어서, 날개에 의한 회전저항의 발생을 최소화하면서 풍력을 받는 구간을 확장시켜 풍력에너지를 보다 효과적으로 사용하도록 한 풍력발전용 풍차를 제공함에 있다. 이를 위한 본 발명은 회전축을 중심으로 하여 원통형으로 형성되는 지지프레임; 상기 지지프레임에 돌출되도록 형성되는 다수개의 날개 고정편; 상기 날개 고정편에 고정되는 탄성을 갖는 다수개의 날개 고정판; 상기 날개 고정판의 일측에 중심부와 끝단의 사이가 고정되게 설치되어 날개 고정편과 날개 고정편의 사이에 형성된 공간을 개방하거나 폐쇄하는 작동영역과, 상기 작동영역에 의한 공간의 개방시 날개 고정편의 외측으로 돌출되는 작동보조영역으로 이루어진 다수개의 날개를 구비하는 것으로 구성된 풍력발전용 원통형 풍차에 관한 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
