Disclosed is a non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet containing 2.8 to 4.0 mass% inclusive of Si, 0.2 to 3.0 mass% inclusive of Al, and 0.02 to 0.2 mass% inclusive of P. The non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet additionally contains at least one component selected from the group consisting of 4.0 mass% or less of Ni and 2.0 mass% or less of Mn in the total amount of 0.5 mass% or more. In the non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet, the content of C is 0.05 mass% or less and the content of N is 0.01 mass% or less. In the non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet, the average crystal particle diameter is 15 μm or less and the <111> crystal orientation axial density is 6 or more.

La présente invention se rapporte à une tôle d'acier électromagnétique non orienté contenant, en % en masse, une quantité de silicium (Si) comprise entre 2,8 et 4,0 % inclus, une quantité d'aluminium (Al) comprise entre 0,2 et 3,0 % inclus et une quantité de phosphore (P) comprise entre 0,02 et 0,2 % inclus. De plus, la tôle d'acier électromagnétique non orienté contient au moins un composant sélectionné dans le groupe composé d'une quantité de nickel (Ni) égale ou inférieure à 4,0 % en masse et d'une quantité de manganèse (Mn) égale ou inférieure à 2,0 % en masse en une quantité totale supérieure ou égale à 0,5 % en masse. Dans la tôle d'acier électromagnétique non orienté, la teneur en carbone (C) est égale ou inférieure à 0,05 % en masse et la teneur en azote (N) est égale ou inférieure à 0,01 % en masse. Dans la tôle d'acier électromagnétique non orienté, le diamètre moyen des particules cristallines est égal ou inférieur à 15 μm et la densité axiale d'orientation des cristaux <111> est égale ou supérieure à 6.
