Abstract

The object aims to achieve the melting treatment of a waste material with high efficiency to reduce the quantity of a coke used in a melting furnace. A waste material is subjected to at least one treatment selected from (S1) a sorting treatment, (S2) a crushing treatment and (S3) a drying treatment before the waste material is filled in a melting furnace (1) for melt-treating the waste material with a coke.  By carrying out the at least one treatment, it becomes possible to select a waste material having a water content of 50 wt% or less and fill the selected waste material into a melting furnace.

La présente invention vise à réaliser le traitement par fusion d'un déchet avec un haut niveau d'efficacité pour réduire la quantité d'un coke utilisé dans un four de fusion. Un déchet fait l'objet d'au moins un traitement choisi parmi (S1) un traitement par tri, (S2) un traitement par broyage et (S3) un traitement par séchage avant que le déchet soit rempli dans un four de fusion (1) pour traiter par fusion le matériau avec un coke. En réalisant le ou les traitements, il devient possible de choisir un déchet présentant une teneur en eau de 50 % en poids ou moins et de remplir le déchet sélectionné dans un four de fusion.

【課題】 廃棄物の溶融処理を効率良く行わせて、溶融炉内におけるコークスの使用量を低減する。 【解決手段】 コークスを用いた廃棄物の溶融処理を行う溶融炉(1)に装入される前の廃棄物に対して、選別処理(S1)、破砕処理(S2)および乾燥処理(S3)のうち少なくとも1つの処理を行う。少なくとも1つの処理により、含水率が50重量%以下の廃棄物を選択し、選択された廃棄物を溶融炉に装入することができる。
