Background of invention :-

Since last many years there is effect of vehicle - power on roads. It has curiosity. By being mechanical profession in India there is problem with electric itself. Due to shortage of electricity the problem itself is known as the mother of invention.

Energy is creative and so it is okay. Energy can be transferred, from one place to another. My research is that creative energy leaves its own waste. For e.g. - living creatures leave its waste which certainly contains energy. As cow takes energy in the form of grass and its waste cow dung contains energy. We use it to burn it in domestic oven.

Dung works for gas formation. When the tree is burning, we get one form of energy and from coals we get another form of energy. Grass and trees are known for creative energy. Dung and coal which we are using should be called as waste energy. It is accepted in invention and we can see by our own eyes that on earth day passes by Sun energy while night passes by waste energy from Sun. If there is no waste energy from Sun on the earth then the temperature on earth will fall down to such an extent that entire living creature may come to an end on this earth in one night only.

Water is a creative energy and steam is waste energy which is in use for operation of rail and power stations. Wind is always a creative energy. Nobody can feel about its waste. It is also accepted in research that the creative energy which is generated by each human-made equipment and machine is more than what is needed. This can be termed as waste energy which we do not use.

Research also recognizes that vehicle which ply on road releases waste energy which we are not using. This is the concept to use this waste energy. Vehicle passes in its own speed without any obstruction and then the generated waste energy is converted into electrical energy by cyclical speed.

The invention of road energy plant by vehicles motion is such a concept by which the speed and weight of vehicles which pass on their own speed are converted into mechanical energy and with the help of generator it transforms it into electricity.

This is a design of such a type that there will not be any problem to drive the vehicle over it. From cycle and motorcycle to L.C.V. or M.C.V. or all types of heavy vehicles can pass through this system.

Hydro energy: If there is water in excess quantity then it can be developed or to store water by construction big dams which is quite expensive. Natural water is based on the rainfall. If there is water scarcity then this plant does not function.

Wind power: This depends on wind-condition. Considering its cost its maintenance is costlier. Even then it is not capable to provide electricity for full year and for 24 hours. Due to huge blades the problem can develop in the climate.

Solar energy: Solar energy depends on the climate; if climate is not good then panels will not charge the batteries and it is not up to the mark.

Steam Power: By burning coal, water is to be converted into steam and then turbines are rotated.. There is problem for potable water in many places in India. The water which is to be consumed for steam power is used in and around premises of plant by constructing dam while on other side there is a problem of potable water for people. No irrigation activity can be performed for agriculture. Animals do not get water to drink and so this is a requirement for all. One demand is to be reduced and other is promoted is not ethical.

If coal is used in houses and in hotels then less tress will be cut. It is essential to maintain ecological balance. After doing all this power generation is not increased to such an extent that requirement of all can be satisfied. To remove this shortfall, solar, hydro and wind energy are used as a stepney. Even then demands can not be fulfilled. While road energy plant by vehicle motion is such a concept for electric generation that it will be in operation till vehicles pass on the roads. There is not a remotest probability that vehicles will not ply on roads in future hence if these plants will be installed in more than sufficient numbers on highways or on common roads, then the demand of electricity will be fulfilled and environment will not be affected. By existing system, people will get electricity. In the rainy season, cold, sunlight so in each season this concept will work, this invention is safe and gives result. It converts energy from vehicle into electricity. It can be installed where there is need for electric generation. This gives resource for valuable and useful electricity.

Since many years we perform the to and fro activity of vehicles from one place to another place on our road. There is daily transportation of lacs of vehicle on road. The energy generated from these vehicles is result oriented for producing electricity. Road energy plant by vehicle motion is a concept of electric generation by which electricity can be available for 24 hours. There is no need for any control or specific caution to exercise for the vehicle.

In general situation like traffic passes through the road in the same way it will pass through flexible platform. As the roads are constructed for movement of traffic in the same way vehicles will pass. Vehicles of any type will not face any problem on the plant. Complete plant will not be visible naked eyes. Driver will get sensation from passing through platform. It is recognized in the research that any driver who will pass his vehicle through this project, then people will like to pass through the road having this plant.

Summary of invention: All the mistakes can be solved which are directly visible. The usage of energy generation device is safe, result-oriented and easy. In machinery, parts are used which are made of iron metal. It contains mainly a certain number of slide bars. Slide bars are fitted on the shaft by means of free wheel mechanism. Due to these, the shaft gets one side clockwise rotation. In this system, slide bars are installed on the surface of the road over which the vehicles pass. Due to passing of vehicles, there is movement of slide bars from upper direction to lower direction. In this system, work has to be carried out on all the four sides of the road. On one side, two stands are erected and over that there are shafts with bearing, free wheel type gears, slide bars, balance wheels, springs and generator. Side bars are installed completely on the surface across the road (speed -breaker type). For the entire system, the length is maintained from 15 to 30 feet. It should be more than the width of the road. On road, in the direction of traffic of vehicles, on both sides, there are platform plates of 3 feet or more are erected by Taper way. Rods will be installed on road surface by maintaining a gap of one feet between one another and those will be helpful in the movement and sliding of platform taper plate so it will be easy for vehicle to pass from slide bars.

If the vehicles do not have rubber tyres, then the invention does not allow to pass the vehicle from this system. Such types of vehicles which pass on road are very less in numbers. System can be removed from the road for some time till such type of vehicle passes. To bring the system or to remove it is a work of very short duration.

Some parts of the invention are visible to driver. On both the sides of the road there will be heavy round pipe which is 1/4 cut straight to the size of the rod and springs will be filled inside. The 1/4 cut part of the pipe and front part of the slide bar are round-shaped. The slide bar will be fitted in the 1/4 cut pipe.

As soon as the vehicle passes through road in its own speed, it will move through project. While passing through slide bar vehicle will push the slide bars from upper direction to lower direction. Vehicle will not feel any type of insecurity at the time of pushing the slide bars. Platform plate is attached with slide bar in the direction of rising side of the vehicle. The slide bars will be connected with one another by joint plates. At the time, when vehicle is going down, the last slide bar will be attached with platform plate. Due to this, the vehicle will not feel insecurity while passing over the system. On slide bar pressure will be from upper to lower due to speed and weight of the vehicle and as slide bar is connected with free wheel type gear, it converts axle shaft into cyclical speed. Due to weight of vehicle, slide bars which came in lower part are attached with the spring of the 1/4 cut pipe on both sides. Due to weight of vehicle, slide bars will be pressed. After passing of vehicle, springs get engaged in the work of bringing the slide bars to their old over that there are shafts with bearing, free wheel type gears, slide bars, balance wheels, springs and generator. Spring has only that much strength so it can uplift the slide bars and axle shaft gets revolving speed from slide bar. To cover the distance between two vehicles there are balance wheels in the system which will be mounted on axel shaft. This weight of balance wheel is according to the torque of the generator and hence generator revolves for long duration after passing of vehicle. Generator can generate electricity for 24 hours. This concept is developed considering the roads with heavy traffic. Electricity is generated from the vehicles moving on highways. On this aspect, attention is paid from various points of view. Electricity generation activates light. Its phenomenon is comes under independent electricity generation. In addition to that the electricity can be used for battery charging. Otherwise electricity can be sold to the public for its use with the help of Electric Power Grid.

The inventions which are mentioned hereinafter should be placed where there is no existence of ice. This scheme is applicable in rainy season. The drainage system should be a good one. The System will not work if it is inserted in water.

Description of Drawing: This invention can be understood with more clarification on the basis of description mentioned below and by getting reference of drawings. Description as per planning on the basis of number mentioned in the diagram.

Description of invention by drawing is for those ways where traffic is more on highway roads. In the system all the parts are of iron metals. No. 1 view is base foundation, and over it, there are shaft support poles. It is on the side of road and over it axel shaft is fitted with bearing.

No. 8 Slide bar - The construction of slide bar is as per description.

Both the sides, round rods of slide bars are made strong with welding. In order that the round rods can have easy movements in the ¼ cut pipe, on both sides of ¼ cut pipe, the plate is placed on spring. On the plate, the welded round rod of the slide bar is placed. Cut of ¼ pipe cut are exactly opposite to one another. So that the welded rods can move

easily in the cut parts of the pipe, bush is placed in the rod of the slide bar which is placed in the side of the axle shaft. On this bush another hard bush called upper bush is welded across. On this upper bush, one side of the movement plate is installed.

Movement Plate: Movement plate is made up of hard metal. In the plate there is a U shape slot on the upper side and a reverse U shape slot on the lower side. The bushes on the upper and lower side of the plate are strongly welded. In the hole of the ratchet box, the other side of the movement plate is installed with nut bolts in the upper U slot. The Movement plate is to be fixed on the upper bush by nut bolts from the reverse U slot. Movement plate is given shape by bending it from axle shaft. After passing of vehicle from slide bar, the slide bar is to be pressed towards down side. Movement plate fixed on the slide bar rod also comes towards the lower side. As movement plate is attached with the ratchet box, there will be movements in the ratchet box. And due to this, the shaft gets cyclical speed.

The slide bar comes in its place immediately due to spring support to slide bar from both the sides. Due to movement plate, the ratchet box gets movement to the extent the slide bar goes down. Due to this, the shaft rotates and along with this the balance wheel mounted on it also rotates and this in turn rotates the shaft again and again for a longer time. Due to passing of vehicles one after another the shaft will continue to be in motion.

View of No. 14 is a ¼ cut pipe made of iron metal. It is part of ¼ cut pipe which is cut straight and over it, the last part of round shape of slide bar rod is mounted. And when vehicle passes through slide bar it brings to its place immediately. Due to this the vehicle can pass continuously. No. 6 axle shaft in the main view gets the revolving speed of energy which is generated from vehicle after pressing of slide bars and hence the generator gets speed. No. 11 main view is helpful to vehicle so it can pass over slide bar. No. 18 Balance wheel in the main view revolves many times when vehicle passes once on system. As many vehicles pass, it revolves with that much speed. It helps in maintaining the momentum with normal gap of vehicle in the system. During the period of normal gap, this balance wheel maintains movements in generator.

The unique feature of the design of this invention is that the vehicles can pass through on their own speed. The driver does not feel insecurity at the time when vehicle passes over system, because entire system is made up of iron metal. There will be feeling of flexible platform.

Detailed description of invention : We start the description from No.l . This no.l base foundation is welded with stand No. 2 Shaft support pole and it is fixed over the land. No. 3 Bearing is helpful to provide fast speed to Axle Shaft. No. 4 Bearing Support cap which with holds tight the shaft with bearing on the support pole with No. 5 nut bolts.

No.6 Axle shaft has No. 7 ratchet box and due to its help, the shaft revolves in cyclical speed. There is No. 27 bush welding on No. 28 movement plate. With the help of No. 25-26 nut-bolts, ratchet box which is placed on axle shaft is attached with movement plate. Movement plate is bended towards ratchet box with much wider angle. The Bushes fixed in the lower part of the movement plate are fixed in No. 24 upper bush with the help of nut bolts. No. 23 Rod bush can have gap only up to that extent so it can have free movement-so it is easier for movement plate in its working. No. 22 rod in, which No. 8 slide bars are welded on both sides.

Vehicles pass over No. 8 rod size slide bars and they give speed to axle shaft. No. 9 Joint plates reduce the distance between two slide bars. Hence vehicles can pass in their own different directions. No. 10 nuts bolts which keep connected the joint plate and slide bar. No. 11 Platform which makes movement of the vehicles on the slide bars easy. No. 12 Road Level bar which helps in giving movement to platform plates when the vehicles pass through. No. 13 1/4 cut pipe is made of iron metal which helps in up-down movement of the slide bars and prevent the side movements. No. 14 Spring Bar support plate which is placed on the spring and on this plate (No. 14), the slide bar rod is placed. No. 15 Spring cap which prevents the spring from expanding too much so that the slide bar remains within the required range. No. 16 Spring which immediately sends the slide bar immediately which is in lower direction due to the pressure of vehicle and due to this, vehicles can pass through one by one over the system.

No. 17 Spring stand which is inside of the 1/4 cut pipe and due to this spring can make movements on its place only. It does not crash the No. 16 spring pipe. No. 18 Balance wheel which rotates the generator many times when vehicles pass through. On the end points of the other side of the axle shaft, No. 29 1st gear wheel is mounted on shaft with the help of No. 30 keys. No. 31, 2nd gear wheel is fixed with key on No. 32 shaft. No. 33 Support gear (3rd gear wheel) is matched with first gear wheel. On No. 34 Shaft support pole, the shaft is mounted with No. 35 bearing and with No. 36 bearing cap. No. 37 4th gear wheel is matched with 2nd gear wheel. No. 38 Bearing on which fourth gear wheel is placed. No. 39 gear wheel bearing stand on which No.38 bearing is fixed.

Generator is rotated by attaching No. 40 gear generator shaft. Due to this, the speed of the generator is maintained. No. 19 is the coupling of the generator. It connects the axle shaft with the generator shaft. Due to this, the activity of getting momentum for generator is completed. So No. 20 the generator transfers the mechanical energy into electrical energy and so electric devise power grid is formed. No. 21 generator support stand maintains the generator to the level of axle shaft's height.
