Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Wärmebehandlung von Gasturbinenschaufeln, nämlich zur lokalen Wärmebehandlung mindestens einer Gasturbinenschaufel (10) in einem Schaufelblattabschnitt (14) derselben, wobei ein nicht wärmezubehandelnder Schaufelfußabschnitt (11) der oder jeder Gasturbinenschaufel (10) in einer Aufnahme (13) positioniert wird, die eine unzulässige Erwärmung des jeweiligen nicht wärmezubehandelnden Schaufelfußabschnitts (11) bei der Wärmehandlung des jeweiligen Schaufelblattabschnitts (14) verhindert. Erfindungsgemäß wird der nicht wärmezubehandelnde Schaufelfußabschnitt (11) der oder jeder Gasturbinenschaufel in einem Innenraum (12) der Aufnahme (13) derart positioniert wird, dass ein verbleibender Innenraum (12) der Aufnahme (13), der nicht von dem oder jedem Schaufelfußabschnitt (11) ausgefüllt wird, mit einem Füllstoff gefüllt wird, wobei anschließend die Aufnahme (13) zusammen mit der oder jeder Gasturbinenschaufel in einer Wärmebehandlungskammer positioniert wird, um die oder jede Gasturbinenschaufel (10) in der Wärmebehandlungskammer unter Vakuum lokal wärmezubehandeln.

The invention relates to a method for heat treating gas turbine blades, namely, for locally heat-treating at least one blade section (14) of a gas turbine blade (10). A blade base section (11) of said or of each gas turbine blade (10), which is not to be heat-treated, is positioned in a receiving element (13) which prevents inadmissible heating of said blade base section (11) which is not to be heat-treated during the heat-treatment of the respective blade base section (14). According to the invention, the blade base section (11) of said or each gas turbine blade which are not to be heat-treated, is positioned in the inner chamber (12) of the receiving element (13) in such a manner that the remaining inner chamber (12) of the receiving element (13), which is not filled by said blade or each blade base section (11), is filled with a filling material. Subsequently, said receiving element (13) and the blade or each gas turbine blade are positioned in heat-treatment chamber in order to locally heat treat under a vacuum said or each gas turbine blade (10) in the heat treatment chamber.

L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement thermique d'aubes de turbine à gaz, notamment de traitement thermique local d'une section d'aube (14) d'au moins une aube (10). Une section emplanture d'aube (11) de ladite ou de chaque aube (10), section non destinée à subir un traitement thermique, est positionnée dans un logement (13) qui empêche tout échauffement inadmissible de ladite section emplanture d'aube (11) ne devant pas subir de traitement thermique lors du traitement thermique de la section d'aube (14) respective. Selon l'invention, la section emplanture d'aube (11) de ladite ou de chaque aube de turbine à gaz, section ne devant pas subir de traitement thermique, est positionnée dans l'espace intérieur (12) du logement (13) de telle façon qu'un espace intérieur (12) résiduel du logement (13), non rempli par ladite ou chaque section emplanture d'aube (11), est rempli d'une matière de remplissage. Ensuite, le logement (13) et l'aube ou chaque aube de turbine à gaz sont positionnés dans une chambre de traitement thermique en vue d'un traitement thermique local effectué sous vide de ladite ou de chaque aube de turbine à gaz (10).
