Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for producing a metal separator plate for a fuel cell having outstanding corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity not only initially but also even after long-term use in a fuel-cell operating environment. The method for producing a metal separator plate for a fuel cell according to the present invention comprises the steps of: preparing a stainless steel plate parent material; forming a non-continuous coating film of at least one of gold (Au), platinum (Pt), ruthenium (Ru), iridium (Ir), ruthenium oxide (RuO2) and iridium oxide (IrO2) on the surface of the stainless steel plate parent material; and subjecting the stainless steel plate, on which the non-continuous coating film has been formed, to a heat treatment and thereby forming an oxide film on the area where the coating film was not formed. Also provided is a metal separator plate for a fuel cell having a coating film formed on the surface, produced by means of the method.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé de production d'une plaque de séparateur métallique pour une pile à combustible présentant de remarquables résistance à la corrosion et conductivité électrique non seulement au départ mais également après utilisation pendant longtemps dans un environnement de fonctionnement de pile à combustible. Le procédé de production d'une plaque de séparateur métallique pour une pile à combustible selon la présente invention comprend les étapes consistant à : préparer un matériau parent de plaque en acier inoxydable ; former un film de revêtement non continu d'au moins un élément parmi l'or (Au), le platine (Pt), le ruthénium (Ru), l'iridium (Ir), l'oxyde de ruthénium (RuO2) et l'oxyde d'iridium (IrO2) sur la surface du matériau parent de plaque en acier inoxydable ; et soumettre la plaque en acier inoxydable, sur laquelle le film de revêtement non continu a été formé, à un traitement thermique et former de cette manière un film d'oxyde sur la surface où le film de revêtement n'a pas été formé. L'invention porte également sur une plaque de séparateur métallique pour une pile à combustible ayant un film de revêtement formé sur la surface, produite au moyen du procédé.
(KO) 본 발명에서는 초기뿐만 아니라 연료전지 작동환경에서 장시간 사용하더라도 내식성 및 전기전도성이 우수한 연료전지용 금속 분리판의 제조방법이 제공된다. 본 발명에 따른 연료전지용 금속 분리판의 제조방법은 스테인리스 강판 모재를 마련하는 단계와, 상기 스테인리스 강판 모재의 표면에 금(Au), 백금(Pt), 루테늄(Ru), 이리듐(Ir), 산화루테늄(RuO2) 및 산화이리듐(IrO2) 중 적어도 하나로 불연속적인 코팅막을 형성하는 단계 및 상기 불연속적인 코팅막이 형성된 스테인리스 강판을 열처리하여, 상기 코팅막이 형성되지 않은 부분에 산화막을 형성하는 단계를 포함한다. 또한, 상기 방법에 의해 제조되는 표면에 코팅막이 형성된 연료전지용 금속 분리판도 제공된다.
