(EN)The present invention relates to a spring-type ground terminal having an upper and lower electrical contact structure, to be used in components of an electrical machine and of an electronic machine. More particularly, the present invention relates to a spring-type ground terminal comprising an upper body (10), a lower body (20) and a coil spring unit (30) formed into a unitary body. The upper body (10) is formed from a resilient plate and is bent in the lengthwise direction so as to be formed into an upper ground portion (11). The lower body (20) is formed in the lengthwise direction so as to be formed into a lower ground portion (21). The coil spring unit (30) is formed by connecting upper and lower inclined connection portions (31, 32) which are arranged along the side surfaces of the upper body and the lower body and opposite each other in the vertical direction. The upper and lower inclined connection portions (31, 32) are wound into a spire around the outer surfaces of the upper ground portion (11) and the lower ground portion (21), respectively. The ground terminal resiliently contracts in the vertical direction when pressure is applied to the upper ground portion (11) and the lower ground portion (21), and is guided in the vertical direction by upper and lower guide portions (13, 23) arranged in the upper body (10) and the lower body (20), respectively. The ground terminal of the present invention can be simply produced by trimming and bending a resilient plate material, and is configured to resiliently contract in an effective manner when pressure is applied to the upper and lower ground portions, thus reducing manufacturing costs, and improving the productivity and operating reliability thereof.
(FR)La présente invention concerne une borne de masse à ressort comprenant une structure de contact électrique supérieure et inférieure, et destinée à être utilisée dans des composants d'une machine électrique et d'une machine électronique. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne une borne de masse à ressort comprenant un corps supérieur (10), un corps inférieur (20) et une unité de ressort hélicoïdal (30) formant un corps unique. Le corps supérieur (10) est formé dans une plaque élastique et est replié dans la direction longitudinale afin de former une partie de masse supérieure (11). Le corps inférieur (20) est fabriqué dans la direction longitudinale et forme une partie de masse inférieure (21). L'unité de ressort hélicoïdal (30) est formée en connectant des parties de connexion inclinées supérieure et inférieure (31, 32) qui sont disposées sur les surfaces latérales du corps supérieur et du corps inférieur et qui sont opposées l'une à l'autre dans la direction verticale. Les parties de connexion inclinées supérieure et inférieure (31, 32) sont enroulées en une spire autour des surfaces extérieures de la partie de masse supérieure (11) et de la partie de masse inférieure (21), respectivement. (KO)본 발명은 전기, 전자기계 부품으로 상하 전기 접점 구조를 갖는 스프링 타입의 접지단자에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 탄성력을 갖는 판 소재로 상부 길이 방향으로 접어 상부 접지부(11)를 형성하는 상부 몸체(10)와, 하부 길이 방향으로 접어 하부 접지부(21)를 형성하는 하부 몸체(20)와, 상기 상하부 몸체의 측방에 상하로 대향되는 경사 연결부(31)(32)를 연결 형성하되, 상기 상하 경사 연결부(31)(32)는 상하 접지부(11)(21)를 중심으로 외측에 나선형으로 절곡한 코일 스프링부(30)를 일체 형성하여 상하 접지부에 압력이 인가됨에 따라 상하로 탄발 수축 작동함과 함께 상기 상하부 몸체(10)(20) 내측 상하의 상하 안내부(13)(23)에 의해 상하 안내 작동하도록 제공하므로서, 탄성력을 갖는 판 소재를 타발, 절곡하는 방식에 의해 간단하게 제조함과, 상하 접지부로 압력이 인가됨에 따라 효과적으로 탄발 수축 작동하므로 제조 원가 절감, 제조 생산성 향상 및 작동 신뢰성을 우수하게 제공하는데 그 특징이 있다.
