(EN)The present invention relates to a mask for forming a front electrode of a solar cell, wherein a reduction in local areas in the intersecting portion between a busbar and finger lines is prevented during the formation of the front electrode of the solar cell, to thereby improve photoelectron conversion efficiency. The mask for forming a front electrode of a solar cell according to the present invention comprises: a main body having an area corresponding to the plane of the solar cell; and an opening which is formed in the main body and which has a shape corresponding to the circuit line of the front electrode of the solar cell. The front electrode comprises a busbar and a plurality of finger lines, wherein the busbar is vertically arranged and the finger lines are horizontally connected to the busbar. The opening has a busbar pattern and a finger line pattern with shapes corresponding to the busbar and the finger lines, respectively. The opening extends in the diagonal direction between the busbar pattern and the finger line pattern, in the portion at which the busbar pattern and the finger line pattern perpendicularly intersect.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un masque destiné à former une électrode frontale d'une cellule solaire, une réduction d'aires locales aux intersections entre une barre omnibus et des lignes digitées étant empêchée pendant la formation de l'électrode frontale de la cellule solaire, afin d'améliorer l'efficacité de la conversion photoélectrique. Le masque de formation d'une électrode frontale d'une cellule solaire selon la présente invention comprend : un corps principal ayant une aire correspondant au plan de la cellule solaire ; et une ouverture qui est formée dans le corps principal et qui a une forme correspondant à la ligne de circuit de l'électrode frontale de la cellule solaire. L'électrode frontale comprend une barre omnibus et une pluralité de lignes digitées, la barre omnibus étant disposée verticalement et les lignes digitées étant connectées horizontalement à la barre omnibus. L'ouverture comprend un motif de barre omnibus et un motif de lignes digitées, avec des formes correspondant à la barre omnibus et aux lignes digitées, respectivement.
