Provided are a power-supply device and a battery connector used for the power-supply device, said power-supply device provided with a plurality of bus bars which connect a plurality of adjacent batteries in series, and terminals which connect to respective bus bars and to which electric wires for detecting voltages are to be attached. In a conventional power-supply device, the electric wire connection portion of a terminal includes a pair of crimping pieces which crimp an electric wire, necessitating manual laying of the electric wires. Consequently, there is a cost problem. To solve this, the power-supply device is provided with at least a pair of pressure-contact blades (42d) in the electric wire connection portion (42) of each terminal (4) which connects to a bus bar (3) and to which an electric wire is to be attached. The pair of pressure-contact blades (42d), when the electric wire is inserted therebetween by pressure, break through an insulating coating of the electric wire so as to be brought into contact with a core wire of the electric wire by pressure. Thus, the laying of the electric wires can be automated, solving the problem.

L'invention porte sur un dispositif d'alimentation électrique et sur un connecteur de batterie utilisé pour le dispositif d'alimentation électrique, ledit dispositif d'alimentation électrique comportant une pluralité de barres de bus qui connectent une pluralité de batteries adjacentes en série, et des bornes qui se connectent à des barres de bus respectives et auxquelles des fils électriques pour détecter les tensions doivent être rattachés. Dans un dispositif d'alimentation électrique classique, la partie de connexion de fil électrique d'une borne comprend une paire d'éléments de sertissage qui sertissent un fil électrique, nécessitant une disposition manuelle du fil électrique. En conséquence, il y a un problème de coût. Pour résoudre ce problème, le dispositif d'alimentation électrique comporte au moins une paire de lames de contact à pression (42d) dans la partie de connexion de fil électrique (42) de chaque borne (4) qui se connecte à une barre de bus (3) et à laquelle un fil électrique doit être rattaché. La paire de lames de contact à pression (42d), lorsque le fil électrique est inséré entre celles-ci par pression, traversent un revêtement isolant du fil électrique de façon à établir un contact avec un fil d'âme du fil électrique par pression. Ainsi, la disposition des fils électriques peut être automatisée, résolvant le problème.

本発明は、互いに隣り合う複数の電池を直列に接続する複数のバスバと、各バスバに接続されると共に、電圧を検出する電線が取り付けられる端子と、を備える電源装置及び当該電源装置に用いられる電池接続体に関する。従来の電源装置においては、前記端子における電線接続部が、前記電線を圧着する一対の圧着片から構成されているため、当該電線の配索を手作業で行う必要がある等、コスト的に問題があった。本発明の電源装置は、バスバ3に接続されると共に電線が取り付けられる端子4の電線接続部42に、互いの間に電線が圧入されると電線の絶縁被覆を突き破って当該電線の芯線に圧接される、少なくとも一対の圧接刃42dを備え、それにより、電線の配索を自動化することを可能とし、上記問題の解決を図ったものである。
