(EN)Provided is a (poly) piperazine pyrophosphate powder that is not accompanied by difficult-to-remove byproducts and does not have a color that would have a negative impact on the coloration of molded products. Also provided is a method for manufacturing said (poly) piperazine pyrophosphate powder efficiently and with high yield. Said method includes a step that produces (poly) piperazine pyrophosphate by dehydrating and condensing piperazine 2-phosphate. Performing said step in an inert gas atmosphere allows the manufacture of a (poly) piperazine pyrophosphate powder having a whiteness (W) between 80 and 100 and a yellow index (YI) between 0 and 5.
(FR)Cette invention concerne un (poly)pyrophosphate de pipérazine en poudre qui ne s'accompagne pas de sous-produits difficiles à éliminer et n'a pas de couleur susceptible d'avoir un effet négatif sur la coloration des produits moulés. Un procédé de fabrication dudit (poly)pyrophosphate de pipérazine en poudre efficace et à haut rendement est également décrit. Ledit procédé comprend une étape qui permet d'obtenir le (poly)pyrophosphate de pipérazine par déshydratation et condensation d'un 2-phosphate de pipérazine. La mise en œuvre de cette étape dans une atmosphère de gaz inerte permet d'obtenir un (poly)pyrophosphate de pipérazine en poudre ayant une blancheur (W) comprise entre 80 et 100 et un indice de jaune (YI) compris entre 0 et 5.
(JA)本発明は、除去が困難な副生物を生じず、かつ成形体の配色に悪影響を与えるような着色を帯びていない(ポリ)ピロリン酸ピペラジン粉粒体、及び該(ポリ)ピロリン酸ピペラジン粉粒体を効率よく、高収率で製造する方法を提供することを目的とする。本発明は、2リン酸ピペラジンを脱水縮合させて(ポリ)ピロリン酸ピペラジンとする工程を含み、前記工程を、不活性ガス雰囲気下で行うことにより、W値で80~100の白色度と、YI値で0~5の黄色度を有する(ポリ)ピロリン酸ピペラジン粉粒体を提供する方法に関する。
