(EN)The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for producing a nanoscale material having a graphene structure. The present invention provides a method and apparatus which compulsorily introduces graphite sulfuric acid slurry and a permanganate sulfuric acid solution into a microchannel, to cause an oxidation reaction among layers of graphite, and which in particular involves applying ultrasonic waves during the reaction in the microchannel to improve expansion and delamination efficiency among layers of graphite, injecting an aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution into a reaction termination portion to terminate the oxidation reaction, and cleaning and drying the thus-obtained reaction mixture to produce graphite oxide. The present invention also provides a method and apparatus which involve supplying the thus-produced graphite oxide into a fluidized bed furnace to produce a nanoscale material having a graphene structure through delamination caused by thermal shock. According to the present invention, the risk of explosion is reduced during the production of graphite oxide, mass production of graphite oxide is enabled, and a nanoscale material having a graphene structure, physical properties equal to those of carbon nanotubes, and superior dispersibility is produced.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé et appareil permettant la production d'un matériau d'échelle nanométrique présentant une structure de graphène. La présente invention concerne un procédé et appareil qui introduit obligatoirement une suspension d'acide sulfurique et du graphite et une solution d'acide sulfurique et de permanganate dans un micro-canal, pour entraîner une réaction d'oxydation parmi des couches de graphite, et qui en particulier comprend l'application d'ondes ultrasonores lors de la réaction dans le micro-canal pour améliorer l'efficacité de dilatation et de délaminage parmi les couches de graphite, l'injection d'une solution aqueuse de peroxyde d'hydrogène dans une partie de fin de réaction pour terminer la réaction d'oxydation, et le nettoyage et le séchage du mélange réactionnel ainsi obtenu pour produire de l'oxyde de graphite. La présente invention concerne également un procédé et appareil comprenant la fourniture de l'oxyde de graphite ainsi produit dans un four à lit fluidisé pour produire un matériau d'échelle nanométrique ayant une structure de graphène grâce au délaminage entraîné par choc thermique. Selon la présente invention, le risque d'explosion est réduit lors de la production d'oxyde de graphite, permettant ainsi la production en masse d'oxyde de graphite, et la production d'un matériau d'échelle nanométrique ayant une structure de graphène, des propriétés physiques égales à celles de nanotubes de carbone et une dispersibilité supérieure.
(KO)본 발명은 나노 크기의 그래핀 구조 물질의 제조방법 및 그 제조장치에 관한 것으로, 마이크로채널에 흑연 황산슬러리와 과망간산염 황산 용액을 각각 강제 유입하여 흑연 층간에 산화반응을 일으키고 특히 마이크로채널에서 반응 중에 초음파를 처리하여 흑연 층간의 팽창 및 박리 효율을 높이며, 반응 종결부에 과산화수소 수용액을 주입하여 산화반응을 종결하고 배출되는 반응혼합물을 세척 및 건조하여 산화흑연을 제조하는 방법 및 그 제조장치와 제조된 산화흑연을 다시 유동상로 내에 공급시켜 열충격에 의한 층간분리에 의하여 나노크기의 그래핀 구조 물질을 제조하는 방법 및 그 제조장치를 제공하며, 본 발명에 따르면 산화흑연 제조 시 폭발 위험을 줄이고 대량으로 산화흑연을 제조할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 탄소나노튜브와 필적할만한 물성을 갖고 월등한 분산성을 갖는 나노크기의 그래핀 구조 물질을 제조할 수 있다.
