(EN)The present invention relates to a precision reducer, which may reduce noise and keep a precise rate, and a design method thereof. The precision reducer includes: a wave generator connected to an input shaft and generating waves; a flex spline connected to an output shaft, inscribing the wave generator, and having a first tooth form on the outer surface thereof; and a circular spline having a second tooth form different from the first tooth form on the inner surface thereof, which alternatively contacts the flex spline in the fixed state. The first tooth form is determined by the sum of an involute curve and a parabolic curve.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un réducteur de précision pouvant réduire le bruit et maintenir un taux précis, ainsi que son procédé de conception. Le réducteur de précision comporte : un générateur d'ondes connecté à un arbre d'entrée et assurant la génération d'ondes ; une cannelure flexible connectée à un arbre de sortie, contenant le générateur d'ondes, et présentant un premier profil de dent sur la surface extérieure de celui-ci ; et une cannelure circulaire présentant un second profil de dent différent du premier profil de dent sur la surface intérieure de celui-ci , qui entre en contact alterné avec la cannelure flexible à l'état fixe. Le premier profil de dent est déterminé par la somme d'une courbe développante et d'une courbe parabolique.
(KO)본 발명은 소음을 줄일수 있으며, 정밀한 감속비를 유지할 수 있는 정밀 감속기 및 그 설계방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명은 입력축과 연결되며 웨이브를 발생시키는 웨이브 발생기, 출력축과 연결되며 상기 웨이브 발생기가 내접되고 외측면에는 제1 치형이 형성되는 플렉스 스플라인, 고정된 상태에서 상기 플렉스 스플라인과 선택적으로 접촉되는 내측면에는 상기 제1 치형과 다른 치형을 가지는 제2 치형을 갖는 서큘러 스플라인을 포함하며, 상기 제1 치형은 인벌류트(involute) 곡선과 파라볼릭(parabolic) 곡선의 합으로 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정밀 감속기 및 그 설계방법을 제공한다.
