(EN)Method of transforming dicotyledonous plants, the method comprising: (a) isolating a shoot apex from a seedling; (b) dividing the shoot apex into at least two pieces such that the apical meristem is exposed; (c) making an incision into a meristematic region of the apical meristem; (d) exposing the incised meristematic region to a transformation vector and regenerating a plant from the incised shoot apex.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de transformation de plantes dicotylédones, qui consiste : (a) à isoler un apex de tige à partir d'un plant; (b) à diviser l'apex de tige en au moins deux morceaux de sorte que le méristème apical soit exposé; (c) à pratiquer une incision dans une zone méristématique du méristème apical; (d) à exposer la zone méristématique incisée à un vecteur de transformation et à régénérer une plante à partir de l'apex de tige incisé.
