(EN)Disclosed is a capacitance element that can accurately secure a capacitance value, and a variable-capacitance element that can sufficiently secure a capacitance variability ratio. Further disclosed is a resonant circuit that uses these capacitance elements. The capacitance element has a main capacitance element body (2) configured with both a dielectric layer (4) and at least one pair of capacitance element electrodes (3) that hold the dielectric layer and generate a desired electric field on the dielectric layer (4). The capacitance element further has stress adjusting sections (9a,9b) that adjust the stress generated at the dielectric layer (4) of the main capacitance element body (2).
(FR)L'invention concerne un élément capacitif pouvant garantir avec précision une valeur de capacité et un élément à capacité variable pouvant garantir suffisamment un rapport de variation de capacité. L'invention concerne en outre un circuit résonant utilisant ces éléments capacitifs. L'élément capacitif possède un corps d'élément capacitif principal (2) doté à la fois d'une couche diélectrique (4) et d'au moins une paire d'électrodes d'élément capacitif (3) portant la couche diélectrique et générant le champ électrique voulu sur la couche diélectrique (4).
