(EN)Methods and systems for determining blood pressure from a pressure signal are disclosed. A patient's blood pressure may be determined by analyzing features of a wavelet transformation of a pressure signal obtained during an occlusion procedure. Ridges in a scalogram of the transformed signal may be identified and used to determine an envelope of a pressure oscillation signal, to which oscillometric blood pressure determination techniques may be applied.
(FR)L'invention concerne des procédés et des systèmes permettant de déterminer la pression sanguine à partir d'un signal de pression. La pression sanguine du patient peut être déterminée par analyse des caractéristiques d'une transformation d'ondelettes d'un signal de pression obtenu pendant une procédure d'occlusion. Les arêtes dans un scalogramme du signal transformé peuvent être identifiées et utilisées pour déterminer une enveloppe d'un signal d'oscillation de pression, à laquelle on peut appliquer des techniques de détermination de pression sanguine oscillométriques.
