(EN)This invention refers to a layered heterostructured coating with functional characteristics that enables the controlled release of volatile agents. The coating has photocatalytic properties, since it uses titanium dioxide, its derivatives or materials with similar photocatalytic properties (2), which upon solar irradiation open and/or degrade nano or microcapsules (3) and subsequently releases in a controlled form the volatile agents contained in them. This heterostructured material can be applied in different substrate materials (1), as for example glass, metal, ceramic, textile, polymer/plastic, stone, wood, etc, by both physical and chemical deposition methods.
(FR)Cette invention porte sur un revêtement hétérostructuré en couches doté de caractéristiques fonctionnelles qui permet la libération contrôlée d'agents volatils. Le revêtement a des propriétés photocatalytiques, dans la mesure où il utilise du dioxyde de titane, ses dérivés ou des matières dotées de propriétés photocatalytiques similaires (2), qui lors de l'exposition au rayonnement solaire ouvrent et/ou dégradent des nanocapsules ou microcapsules (3), et libère par la suite d'une manière contrôlée les agents volatils contenus dans celles-ci. Cette matière hétérostructurée peut être appliquée dans différents matériaux substrats (1), tels que par exemple du verre, du métal, de la céramique, un textile, un polymère/une matière plastique, de la pierre, du bois, etc., par des procédés de dépôt aussi bien physique que chimique.
