(EN)The present invention relates to method for preparing a substance for cryo-transmission electron microscopy (cryo-EM). The present invention also relates to a method for determining the three-dimensional structure of a substance using cryo-EM. The substance is a polypeptide incorporated in a DNA/RNA lattice. The polypeptide may comprise a ligand and may be linked to the DNA nanostructure via tags such as a poly histidine tag.

La présente invention concerne également un procédé permettant de déterminer la structure tridimensionnelle d'une substance en utilisant la cryo-EM.
