The present invention relates to a method for forming an embossment on a natural fiber fabric, and particularly, to a method for imparting resiliency to a natural fiber fabric, preventing the formation of pills, and producing various embossment shapes. Current methods for forming an embossment employ an embossment-forming process using engaged rollers, a denting process for maintaining and fixing a formed embossment by heat treating same, a paper sanding pitching process for texturing the pattern of the embossed portion, a tank dipping process for removing impurities such as dust, and an aero-washing process for removing impurities while drying the dipped material, in order to form an embossment. However, said processes require excessive manufacturing equipment, which increases manufacturing costs. Despite such manufacturing costs, it is difficult to clearly maintain the form of an embossment, and maintaining product quality is difficult due to reduced precision, and the production is costly. Therefore, according to the present invention, after pretreatment with a chemical employing a water-based urethane, drying is performed, and an embossment is formed with a heat embossing roller, after which thermal binding is performed, to enable manufacture using simple equipment.

La présente invention concerne un procédé pour former un gaufrage sur un tissu en fibre naturelle, et en particulier, un procédé pour conférer une résilience à un tissu en fibre naturelle, prévenir la formation de bouloches, et produire diverses formes de gaufrage. Les procédés courants pour la formation d'un gaufrage utilisent un processus de formation de gaufrage faisant intervenir des cylindres en contact, un processus de piquage au peigne pour maintenir et fixer un gaufrage formé par traitement thermique, un processus de traitement au papier abrasif pour texturer le motif de la partie gaufrée, un processus de trempe dans une cuve pour éliminer les impuretés de type poussière, et un processus d'aéro-nettoyage pour éliminer les impuretés pendant le séchage du matériau trempé, afin de former un gaufrage. Lesdits processus nécessitent des équipements de fabrication conséquents, ce qui entraîne une augmentation des coûts de fabrication. Malgré ces coûts de fabrication, il s'avère difficile de maintenir précisément la forme du gaufrage, et de maintenir la qualité du produit en raison de la faible précision, et la production est coûteuse. Ainsi, selon la présente invention, après prétraitement avec un agent chimique faisant intervenir de l'uréthane à base d'eau, le séchage est effectué, et un gaufrage est formé avec un cylindre de gaufrage à chaud, puis une liaison à chaud est effectuée, pour permettre une fabrication effectuée à l'aide d'un équipement simple.

본 발명은 천연섬유원단에 엠보싱형상을 구현하기 위한 방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 천연섬유원단에 탄성을 부여하면서도 보풀의 발생을 억제토록 하면서 엠보싱의 다양한 형상을 구현가능토록 한 것이다. 현재 엠보싱의 구현을 위한 방법으로는 맞물림 롤러에 의한 엠보싱구현과정과 구현된 엠보싱을 열처리에 의한 엠보싱 형상의 유지고정을 위한 덴타과정과 엠보싱된 부분의 무늬질감을 위하여 페이퍼샌딩피칭과정과 먼지등의 이물질을 제거하기 위한 수조의 디핑과정과 디핑되어진 것을 건조하면서 이물질의 제거를 위한 에어로와싱공정에 의하여 엠보싱을 구현하고 있는 것이다. 그러나 이러한 공정은 과다한 생산설비를 요구하게 됨으로 생산원가의 증가가 존재한다는 것이고, 이러한 생산원가의 존재에도 불구하고 엠보싱의 구현이 명확하게 유지되기가 곤란하다는 단점이 존재하고 정확성이 떨어져 제품의 품질유지가 곤란하여 많은 생산비용이 소요된다는 단점이 존재하는 것이다. 따라서 본 발명에서는 수성우레탄계를 이용하여 약품에 의한 전체리를 한 후 이를 건조토록 하고,이를 열엠보싱롤러에 의하여 엠보싱을 구현토록 한 후 열고착토록 함으로서 간단한 설비에 의하여 제조가 가능토록 한 것이다.
