Disclosed is an aqueous polyurethane resin dispersion having good dispersibility in an aqueous medium and excellent film strength after UV curing, and furthermore an aqueous polyurethane resin dispersion which provides a coating film having excellent drying properties, high hardness, and scratch resistance. The aqueous polyurethane resin dispersion comprises at least a polyurethane resin and a radical polymerizable compound (C). The polyurethane resin is obtained by reacting together at least a polycarbonate polyol (a); an acidic group-containing polyol (b); depending on the case, a polyol (c) other than (a) and (b); and a polyisocyanate (d), and depending on the case, further reacting with a chain extender (B). Also disclosed are a paint composition and coating agent composition containing the aqueous polyurethane resin dispersion, and a method for producing the aqueous polyurethane resin dispersion.

La présente invention concerne une dispersion aqueuse de résine polyuréthanne présentant une bonne dispersibilité dans un milieu aqueux et une excellente résistance de film à la rupture après durcissement aux rayons UV, et également une dispersion aqueuse de résine polyuréthanne qui fournit un film de revêtement présentant d'excellentes propriétés de séchage, une dureté élevée, et une résistance à la rayure. La dispersion aqueuse de résine polyuréthanne comporte au moins une résine polyuréthanne et un composé apte à une polymérisation radicalaire (C). La résine polyuréthanne est obtenue par la réaction conjointe d'au moins un polycarbonate polyol (a); un polyol contenant un groupe acide (b); éventuellement un polyol (c) différent de (a) et (b); et un polyisocyanate (d), et éventuellement, une réaction supplémentaire avec un extendeur de chaîne (B). L'invention concerne également une composition de peinture et une composition d'agent de revêtement contenant la dispersion aqueuse de résine polyuréthanne, ainsi qu'un procédé pour la production de la dispersion aqueuse de résine polyuréthanne.
