Disclosed are tin oxide particles each of which is characterized by having such a structure that diffraction peaks appear at at least 2θ(deg) = 9 ± 1˚ and 28 ± 1˚ in XRD measurement (Cu/Kα). In the tin oxide particles, it is more preferred that diffraction peaks appear at 2θ(deg) = 19 ± 1˚, 48 ± 1˚ and 59 ± 1˚. The tin oxide particles preferably have electrical conductivity. The tin oxide particles can be produced suitably by mixing an aqueous solution containing tin (II) and an organic compound having a hydroxy group with an alkali while heating the aqueous solution.

La présente invention concerne des particules d'oxyde d'étain, chacune étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle possède une structure telle que des pics de diffraction apparaissent à au moins 2θ(deg) = 9 ± 1˚ et 28 ± 1˚ lors d'une mesure par diffraction des rayons X (Cu/Kα). Dans les particules d'oxyde d'étain, il est plus avantageux que les pics de diffraction apparaissent à 2θ(deg) = 19 ± 1˚, 48 ± 1˚ et 59 ± 1˚. Les particules d'oxyde d'étain présentent de préférence une conductibilité électrique. Les particules d'oxyde d'étain peuvent être avantageusement produites en mélangeant une solution aqueuse contenant de l'étain (II) et un composé organique portant un groupe hydroxy avec un alcali tout en chauffant la solution aqueuse.

 XRD測定(Cu/Kα)において、少なくとも2θ(deg)=9±1°及び28±1°に回折ピークを示す構造を有することを特徴とする酸化スズ粒子である。この酸化スズ粒子は、更に2θ(deg)=19±1°、48±1°及び59±1°に回折ピークを示すことが好ましい。この酸化スズ粒子は導電性を有することが好ましい。この酸化スズ粒子は、スズ(II)及び水酸基を有する有機化合物を含む水溶液を加熱した状態下にアルカリと混合することで好適に製造される。
