Abstract
(EN)
An airbag device capable of effectively protecting the upper body and knees of a passenger by using a simple airbag structure. An airbag (20) forming a front passenger seat airbag device (10) has a main bag (26) for retraining the upper body (U) of a vehicle passenger (P) from the front side in the vehicle's front-rear direction, a sub-bag (28) having a smaller volume than the main airbag (26) and restraining the knees (K) of the passenger (P) from the front side in the vehicle's front-rear direction, and an inner tube (38) folded together with the main bag (26) and the sub-bag (28) and inflated and expanded in the airbag (20) by gas supplied from an inflator (22).  The inner tube (38) directly supplies gas of the inflator (22) to each of the main bag (26) and the sub-bag (28).  A check valve (40) is provided to a gas exit (38C) for interconnecting the inner tube (38) and the sub-bag (28).

La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif de coussin de sécurité gonflable pouvant protéger efficacement le corps supérieur et les genoux d'un passager à l'aide d'une structure de coussin de sécurité gonflable simple. Un coussin de sécurité gonflable (20) formant un dispositif de coussin de sécurité gonflable pour siège passager avant (10) comporte un coussin de sécurité principal (26) destiné à retenir le corps supérieur (U) d'un passager (P) du véhicule vis-à-vis du côté avant dans la direction avant-arrière du véhicule, un sous-coussin de sécurité (28) ayant un volume inférieur à celui du coussin de sécurité gonflable principal (26) et retenant les genoux (K) du passager (P) vis-à-vis du côté avant dans la direction avant-arrière du véhicule, et un tube intérieur (38) plié avec le coussin de sécurité principal (26) et le sous-coussin de sécurité (28) et gonflé et développé dans le coussin de sécurité gonflable (20) grâce à du gaz apporté depuis un dispositif de gonflage (22). Le tube intérieur (38) apporte directement le gaz du dispositif de gonflage (22) au coussin de sécurité principal (26) et au sous-coussin de sécurité (28). Un clapet de non-retour (40) est disposé sur une sortie de gaz (38C) pour relier le tube intérieur (38) et le sous-coussin de sécurité (28) l'un à l'autre.

 本発明は、簡単なエアバッグ構造で乗員の上体及び膝を効果的に保護することができるエアバッグ装置を得る。 助手席用エアバッグ装置(10)を構成するエアバッグ(20)は、車両乗員(P)の上体(U)を車両前後方向の前側から拘束するメインバッグ(26)と、メインバッグ(26)よりも小容量とされ乗員(P)の膝(K)を車両前後方向の前側から拘束するサブバッグ(28)と、メインバッグ(26)及びサブバッグ(28)と共に折り畳まれインフレータ(22)からのガス供給によりエアバッグ(20)内で膨張展開されるインナチューブ(38)とを有する。インナチューブ(38)は、インフレータ(22)のガスをメインバッグ(26)及びサブバッグ(28)のそれぞれに直接的に供給する。インナチューブ(38)とサブバッグ(28)とを連通するガス出口(38C)には、逆止弁(40)が設けられている。
