Die Erfindung betrifft einen Solarkollektor sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Solarkollektors, insbesondere eines Solarflachkollektors, umfassend eine Glasabdeckung (1), ein insbesondere geschäumtes Gehäuse (2), einen darin angeordneten, von einem Solarfluid durchströmbaren Absorber (3) und eine Isolierung (4) auf der von der Glasabdeckung (1) abgewandten Seite des Absorbers (3). Es ist eine Aufgabe der Erfindung, einen Solarkollektor sowie ein Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung zu schaffen, welche einen geringeren Materialaufwand und geringere Fertigungszeiten erfordern sowie Robustheit und eine gute Flexibilität ermöglichen. Gekennzeichnet ist die Erfindung dadurch, dass das Gehäuse (2) und zumindest ein Teil des Absorbers (3) durch Umformen und/oder Urformen als integriertes Bauteil hergestellt sind, und dass der Absorber (3) als vorgefertigtes Bauteil beim Herstellen des geschäumten Gehäuses (2) vom Gehäusewerkstoff eingefasst wird.

The invention relates to a solar collector and a method for producing a solar collector, particularly a flat-plate solar collector, comprising a glass cover (1), a particularly foamed housing (2), an absorber disposed therein and permeated by a solar fluid, and an insulation (4) on the side of the absorber (3) facing away from the glass cover (1). An aim of the invention is to provide a solar collector and a method for the production thereof, having low material requirements and low production times, and allowing robustness and good flexibility. The invention is characterized in that the housing (2) and at least one part of the absorber (3) are produced by deforming and/or master forming as an integrated component, and that the absorber (3) is encapsulated as a prefabricated component by the housing material when producing the foamed housing (2).

L'invention concerne un panneau solaire et un procédé de fabrication d'un panneau solaire, notamment d'un panneau solaire plat, comportant un revêtement de verre (1), un boîtier notamment expansé (2), un absorbeur (3) logé dans le boîtier, pouvant être parcouru par un fluide solaire, et une isolation (4) sur le côté de l'absorbeur (3) opposé au revêtement de verre (1). L'invention vise à mettre en oeuvre un panneau solaire et son procédé de fabrication nécessitant des moyens matériels et des durées de fabrication réduits, et offrant une grande robustesse et une grande flexibilité. A cet effet, le boîtier (2) et au moins une partie de l'absorbeur (3) sont fabriqués par façonnage et/ou mise en forme initiale en tant que composants intégrés, et l'absorbeur (3) est intégré en tant que composant préfabriqué au matériau du boîtier lors de la fabrication du boîtier expansé (2).
