Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Reibbelags für eine Reibungskupplung sowie einen entsprechend hergestellten Reibbelag (1) mit einem auf einem Trägerblech (2) verpressten Belagmaterial (3) und im Trägerblech in einer Vielzahl über den Umfang verteilter Nietöffnungen (9, 10) mit diese umgebenden Nietböden (11, 12). Um die Nieten zur Befestigung des Reibbelags an Belagfedersegmenten einer Kupplungsscheibe mit engem Toleranzspielraum bei gleichbleibender Festigkeit des Trägerblechs an den Nietböden anlegen zu können und einen Reibbelag dennoch einfach fertigen zu können, wird vorgeschlagen, die Nietöffnungen und Nietböden während des Pressens des Reibbelags mit Belagmaterial zu überdecken und anschließend rückstandsfrei und ohne Materialabtrag des Trägerblechs vom Belagmaterial freizustellen.

The invention relates to a method for producing a friction lining for a friction clutch and a correspondingly produced friction lining (1) comprising a lining material (3) pressed onto a carrier plate (2) and comprising rivet bottoms (11, 12) in the carrier plate in a plurality of rivet openings (9, 10) distributed over the circumference, the rivet bottoms surrounding said rivet openings. In order to be able to affix the rivets to the rivet bottoms to fasten the friction lining to the lining spring segments of a clutch disk at tight tolerance clearance and constant strength of the carrier plate and nevertheless to be able to produce a friction lining simply, the rivet openings and rivet bottoms are covered with lining material during the pressing of the friction lining and then are released from the lining material without remainder and without removing material from the carrier plate.

La présente invention concerne un procédé pour réaliser une garniture de friction destinée à un embrayage à friction, ainsi qu'une garniture de friction (1) ainsi réalisée comprenant une matière (3) comprimée sur une tôle de support (2) et dans la tôle de support une pluralité d'ouvertures de rivetage (9, 10) réparties sur la périphérie et comportant des fonds de rivetage (11, 12) qui entourent ces ouvertures. Pour que les rivets destinés à la fixation de la garniture de friction à des segments de ressort de garniture d'un disque d'embrayage puissent être mis en contact avec les fonds de rivetage avec une faible marge de tolérance pour une résistance conservée de la tôle de support, tout en permettant à la garniture d'être fabriquée de manière simple, les ouvertures de rivetage et les fonds de rivetage sont recouverts par la matière de la garniture au cours de la compression de cette dernière, puis évidés de la matière de la garniture, sans résidu et sans enlèvement de matière de la tôle de support.
