A reselection method for bearer binding and event reporting function (BBERF) is provided by the present invention, which enables the deferred association of a policy and charging control session in a roaming scenario. During the process of the BBERF reselection, by establishing a new subsession of an S9 session between the visited policy and charging rule function (PCRF) and the home PCRF and associating the subsession with the Gxx session and the corresponding Gx session established between the target BBERF and the visited PCRF, the present invention enables the deferred association of the policy and charging control session in the scenarios of the home routed and local grooming.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de resélection pour une fonction de liaison de porteuse et de rapport d'événement (BBERF), qui permet l'association reportée d'une session de stratégie et de commande de charge dans un scénario itinérant. Lors du procédé de resélection BBERF, par l'établissement d'une nouvelle sous-session d'une session S9 entre la fonction de règle de charge et de stratégie visitée (PCRF) et la PCRF d'accueil et par l'association de la sous-session avec la session Gxx et la session Gx correspondante établie entre la BBERF cible et la PCRF visitée, l'invention permet l'association reportée de la session de stratégie et de commande de charge dans les scénarios de l'itinérance locale et routée à domicile.
