Abstract

According to various embodiments, a system can be provided to separate undifferentiated cells and/or stromal cells from a whole tissue sample. The whole tissue sample can be any appropriate tissue sample obtained directly from a patient. The tissue sample can be obtained during a selected operating procedure for immediate or quick application or re-application to the patient. Accordingly, autologous cells can be obtained intraoperatively for application to a patient substantially soon after obtaining a whole tissue sample.

Selon divers modes de réalisation, la présente invention concerne un système pour séparer des cellules non différenciées et/ou des cellules stromales à partir d'un échantillon de tissu total. L'échantillon de tissu total peut être tout échantillon tissulaire approprié prélevé directement d'un patient. L'échantillon tissulaire peut être obtenu lors d'une procédure opératoire choisi pour une application immédiate ou rapide ou une nouvelle application au patient. Par conséquent, des cellules autologues peuvent être obtenues en phase intra-opératoire pour application à un patient sensiblement très vite après l'obtention d'un échantillon de tissu total.
