A method for the removal of mycotoxins from cereal or oil seed meal that includes the use of a mycotoxin sequestrant to form a food grade composition for human consumption wherein said composition contains no more or less than an FDA approved level of mycotoxin for a human food product.

Cette invention concerne un procédé d'élimination de mycotoxines présentes dans des céréales ou un aliment à base d'huile de graines consistant à utiliser un séquestrant de mycotoxine pour former une composition alimentaire consommée par l'homme ladite composition contenant le taux de mycotoxine autorisé par la FDA pour les produits alimentaires destinés à la consommation humaine.
