Abstract
(EN) The invention is a process for the production of magnetic nanoparticles on a continuous basis from aqueous salt solutions, utilizing very rapid mixing of the reaction components to achieve particles with a uniform size and shape as well as narrow size distribution. The invention includes a methodology to determine the necessary experimental conditions to achieve a sufficiently rapid mix of the reaction components, based on real-time measurements of the magnetic susceptibility of the precipitate during the precipitation reaction.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé de production de nanoparticules magnétiques sur une base continue à partir de solutions salines aqueuses, faisant appel au mélange très rapide des composants de la réaction dans le but d'obtenir des particules ayant une taille et une forme uniformes, ainsi qu'une distribution granulométrique étroite. L'invention concerne une technique permettant de déterminer les conditions expérimentales nécessaires à l'obtention d'un mélange suffisamment rapide des composants de la réaction, en se fondant sur des mesures en temps réel de la susceptibilité magnétique du précipité pendant la réaction de précipitation.
