Provided are a manhole cover and a method for manufacturing same, wherein the manhole cover maintains a strength and weight the same as those of conventional manhole covers made of cast iron, eliminates the risk of theft, and achieves improved corrosion resistance and sealing properties. The manhole cover comprises: a base unit made of composite materials having compositions containing 12 to 18 wt % of glass fiber, 17 to 23 wt % of a polyester resin, with the remainder being calcium carbonate (CaCO3), wherein the base unit is mounted on the manhole such that an upper portion of the base unit is exposed aboveground; and a metal reinforcement unit which is uniformly distributed within the base unit to reinforce the base unit and increase weight and strength of the base unit.

L'invention porte sur un couvercle de trou d'homme et sur son procédé de fabrication, le couvercle de trou d'homme conservant une résistance et un poids identiques à ceux des couvercles de trou d'homme classiques en fonte, éliminant le risque de vol et permettant une amélioration de la résistance à la corrosion et des propriétés d'étanchéité. Le couvercle de trou d'homme comprend : une unité de base faite de matières composites ayant des compositions contenant 12 à 18 % en poids de fibre de verre, 17 à 23 % en poids d'une résine de polyester, le reste étant constitué par du carbonate de calcium (CaCO3), l'unité de base étant montée sur le trou d'homme de telle sorte qu'une partie supérieure de l'unité de base est exposée au-dessus du sol ; et une unité de renforcement métallique qui est distribuée uniformément à l'intérieur de l'unité de base afin de renforcer l'unité de base et d'augmenter le poids et la résistance de l'unité de base.

기존 주철재 맨홀뚜껑과 비교하여 동일한 강도 및 중량을 유지하면서 도난 우려가 없고 내식성 및 밀봉력이 우수한 맨홀용 뚜껑 및 그것을 제조하는 방법이 소개된다. 특히 맨홀용 뚜껑은, 유리섬유 12 ~ 18 중량%, 폴리에스테르수지 17 ~ 23 중량%가 함유되고 나머지는 탄산칼슘(CaCO3)이 함유된 조성을 갖는 복합재료로 이루어지며, 맨홀에 안착되어 상부가 지상으로 노출되는 베이스부; 상기 베이스부를 보강하고 중량과 강도의 증대를 위해 내부에 균일한 분포로 수용되는 금속재의 보강부; 를 포함하여 이루어진다.
