Provided are a hole transporting layer for a light emitting device and a solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same. The hole transporting layer for the light emitting device and the solar cell is formed of nickel oxide (NiO) formed by oxidizing a side of a conductive thin film formed of a flexible metal. A method of manufacturing a hole transporting layer for a light emitting device and a solar cell includes preparing a conductive thin film formed of a flexible metal and thermally treating the conductive thin film in oxygen atmosphere to form an oxide layer, thereby forming a hole transporting layer. Therefore, productivity can be improved, and the hole transporting layer adapted for the light emitting device and the solar cell can be manufactured by selectively changing formation conditions when the oxide layer is formed.

Cette invention concerne une couche de transport d'électrons-trous pour un dispositif électroluminescent et une pile solaire, et un procédé de fabrication associé. La couche de transport d'électrons-trous du dispositif électroluminescent et de la pile solaire est constituée d'oxyde de nickel (NiO) produit en oxydant un côté d'une pellicule mince conductrice formée en métal souple. L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une couche de transport d'électrons-trous pour un dispositif électroluminescent et une pile solaire, ledit procédé consistant à préparer une pellicule mince conductrice formée en métal souple et à traiter thermiquement ladite pellicule dans une atmosphère oxygénée pour former une couche d'oxyde, formant ainsi une couche de transport d'électrons-trous. L'invention permet d'augmenter la productivité, et la couche de transport d'électrons-trous conçue pour le dispositif électroluminescent et la pile solaire peut être fabriquée en faisant varier sélectivement les conditions de formation de la couche d'oxyde.
