The present invention relates to an anti-abrasion apparatus and a reciprocating compressor adopting the same. According to the present invention, a sleeve (240) is assembled in the non-compression type by allowing an external diameter (D4) of the sleeve (240) to be smaller than an internal diameter (DI) of a connecting rod (230), thereby easily performing the assembling process of the sleeve (240). In addition, the invention is capable of preventing an internal diameter of the sleeve (240) from being deformed when the sleeve (240) is assembled. Therefore, it is possible to avoid an increase of the input load of a motor drive (100) caused by the deformation of the sleeve (240), or to prevent the abrasion of a pin unit (131) of a crank axis (130).

L'invention concerne un dispositif anti-abrasion et un compresseur alternatif présentant ledit dispositif, un manchon (240) étant fabriqué avec un diamètre extérieur (D4) inférieur à un diamètre intérieur (D1) d'une bielle (230) non destinée à être ajustée par serrage, ce qui facilite un assemblage du manchon (240), et la déformation d'un diamètre intérieur du manchon (240) étant également empêchée pendant l'assemblage du manchon (240), ce qui empêche au préalable une augmentation d'une charge d'entrée d'une unité moteur (100) en raison de la déformation du manchon (240) et d'une abrasion d'une broche(131) d'un vilebrequin (130).

본 발명은 마모 방지 기구 및 이를 적용한 왕복동식 압축기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 슬리브(240)의 외경(D4)이 커넥팅로드(230)의 내경(DI)보다 작게 형성되어 비압입으로 조립함에 따라 상기 슬리브(240)의 조립공정이 용이하게 되고, 상기 슬리브(240)의 조립시 그 슬리브의 내경이 변형되는 것을 방지하여 상기 슬리브(240)의 변형에 따른 상기 전동부(100)의 입력부하가 증가하거나 크랭크축(130)의 핀부(131)가 마모되는 미연에 것을 방지할 수 있다.
