Disclosed are a nucleic acid molecule which is capable of binding to HMGB1 protein, and a use of the nucleic acid molecule. Specifically, a nucleic acid molecule having a dissociation constant for HMGB1 protein of 5 × 10-7 or less can be used as a nucleic acid molecule that is capable of binding to HMGB1 protein. Since the nucleic acid molecule capable of binding to HMGB1 protein is able to bind to HMGB1 protein, which is known as a cause of diseases such as cancers and inflammation, preventive and curative effects on such diseases can be attained by having the nucleic acid molecule bound to HMGB1 protein in vivo.

L'invention porte sur une molécule d'acide nucléique qui est capable de se lier à la protéine HMGB1 et sur une utilisation de la molécule d'acide nucléique. Spécifiquement, une molécule d'acide nucléique ayant une constante de dissociation pour la protéine HMGB1 de 5 × 10-7 ou moins peut être utilisée comme molécule d'acide nucléique qui est capable de se lier à la protéine HMGB1. Etant donné que la molécule d'acide nucléique capable de se lier à la protéine HMGB1 peut se lier à la protéine HMGB1, laquelle est connue comme une cause de maladies telles que des cancers et une inflammation, des effets préventifs et curatifs sur de telles maladies peuvent être atteints en ayant la molécule d'acide nucléique liée à la protéine HMGB1 in vivo.

 HMGB1タンパク質に結合可能な核酸分子、ならびにその用途を提供する。 HMGB1タンパク質との解離定数が5×10-7以下である核酸分子が、HMGB1タンパク質に結合可能な核酸分子として使用できる。前記HMGB1結合核酸分子は、癌、炎症等の疾患の原因として知られるHMGB1タンパク質に結合可能であることから、生体内において、HMGB1タンパク質と結合させることにより、前記疾患の予防効果および治療効果を得ることが可能である。
