An overtaking state, which is either a state wherein your own vehicle (MM) is overtaking an obstacle (SM) that is in the posterolateral direction of your own vehicle (MM), or a state wherein it is expected that your own vehicle (MM) will overtake the obstacle, is detected. When conducting a control to prevent coming-near an obstacle, which prevents your own vehicle (MM) from coming near an obstacle (SM) that exist in the posterolateral direction of your own vehicle (MM), and when it is assessed as an overtaking state based on the detection mentioned above, the control to prevent coming-near an obstacle with respect to the above-mentioned obstacle (SM) is suppressed, compared to when it is not assessed as an overtaking state.

Selon l'invention, un état de dépassement, qui est soit un état dans lequel votre propre véhicule (MM) est en train de dépasser un obstacle (SM) qui est dans la direction postérolatérale de votre propre véhicule (MM), soit un état dans lequel il est prévu que votre propre véhicule (MM) dépassera l'obstacle, est détecté. Lors de la conduite, une commande pour empêcher l'approche d'un obstacle empêche votre propre véhicule (MM) de venir à proximité d'un obstacle (SM) qui se trouve dans la direction postérolatérale de votre propre véhicule (MM), et, lorsqu'il est évalué un état de dépassement en fonction de la détection mentionnée ci-dessus, la commande pour empêcher une approche d'un obstacle par rapport à l'obstacle mentionné ci-dessus (SM) est supprimée, en comparaison au cas dans lequel il n'est pas évalué un état de dépassement.

 自車両(MM)が自車両(MM)後側方の障害物(SM)を追い抜いている状態若しくは追い抜いた状態になると予測される状態の少なくとも一方の状態である追い抜き状態を検出する。自車両(MM)の後側方に存在する障害物(SM)に自車両(MM)が接近することを防止する障害物接近防止制御を行う際に、上記検出に基づき追い抜き状態と判定すると、追い抜き状態と判定していない場合と比較して、上記障害物(SM)に対する障害物接近防止制御を抑制する。
