Disclosed are: a prognosis diagnosis method which can diagnose the prognosis of a patient suffering from sepsis or sepsis-related multiple organ failure in a simple manner and with high accuracy; and a prognosis diagnosis kit for use in the prognosis diagnosis method. The prognosis diagnosis method comprises: a first detection step of detecting a liver fatty acid-binding protein contained in urine collected from a subject with a specific antibody; a second detection step of treating the urine with a Redox reagent such as hemin and detecting a liver fatty acid-binding protein contained in the treated urine with the specific antibody; and a comparison step of comparing a detection value obtained in the first step with a detection value obtained in the second step. It is determined that the larger the detection value obtained in the second step compared to that in the first step, the worse the prognosis.

L'invention porte sur un procédé de diagnostic du pronostic, capable de diagnostiquer le pronostic d'un patient souffrant d'une sepsie ou d'une insuffisance de multiples d'organes liée à la sepsie, d'une manière simple et avec une grande précision ; et sur une trousse de diagnostic du pronostic pour l'utilisation dans le procédé de diagnostic de pronostic. Le procédé de diagnostic du pronostic comprend : une première étape de détection, consistant à détecter une protéine de liaison aux acides gras du foie, contenue dans l'urine prélevée d'un sujet présentant un anticorps spécifique ; une deuxième étape de détection, consistant à traiter l'urine par un réactif redox tel que l'hémine, et à détecter une protéine de liaison aux acides gras du foie, contenue dans l'urine traitée avec l'anticorps spécifique ; et une étape de comparaison, consistant à comparer une valeur de détection obtenue dans la première étape à une valeur de détection obtenue dans la seconde étape. On constate que le pronostic est d'autant plus mauvais qu'est plus grande la valeur de détection obtenue dans la seconde étape, par comparaison avec celle de la première étape.

敗血症又はそれに伴う多臓器不全の患者の予後を簡便かつ高精度に診断可能な予後診断方法、及びその予後診断方法に使用するための予後診断用キットを提供する。 本発明に係る予後診断方法は、被験者から採取した尿に含まれる肝型脂肪酸結合蛋白質を特異的抗体で検出する第1の検出工程と、上記尿をヘミン等の酸化還元試薬で処理し、処理後の尿に含まれる肝型脂肪酸結合蛋白質を上記特異的抗体で検出する第2の検出工程と、第1の工程における検出値と第2の工程における検出値とを比較する比較工程と、を含む。第2の工程における検出値が第1の工程における検出値と比較して大きいほど、予後が不良と判断される。
