Disclosed are: a method for measuring a sugar chain marker glycoprotein, which can detect a hepatic disease with higher accuracy compared to conventional methods; a method for detecting a hepatic disease, which can detect a hepatic disease with higher accuracy compared to conventional methods; a reagent for the quantification of a glycoprotein, which can be used in the measurement methods; and a sugar chain marker glycoprotein which is used as a measure of disease conditions of a hepatic disease and enables the distinction of the disease conditions of the hepatic disease depending on the progression of the hepatic disease. Specifically disclosed is a method for measuring at least one glycoprotein that is contained in a sample collected from a subject and is selected from alpha-1-acid glycoprotein(AGP) and Mac-2-binding protein(M2BP), wherein AGP bound to a first lectin selected from AOL and MAL is measured when the glycoprotein is AGP, and M2BP bound to a second lectin selected from WFA, BPL, AAL, RCA120 and TJAII is measured when the glycoprotein is M2BP.

L'invention porte sur : un procédé de mesure d'une glycoprotéine marqueur de chaîne de sucre, qui peut détecter une maladie hépatique avec une précision supérieure par rapport à des procédés classiques; un procédé de détection d'une maladie hépatique, qui peut détecter une maladie hépatique avec une précision supérieure par rapport à des procédés classiques; un réactif pour la quantification d'une glycoprotéine, qui peut être utilisé dans les procédés de mesure; et une glycoprotéine marqueur de chaîne de sucre qui est utilisée comme mesure d'états de maladie d'une maladie hépatique et permet la distinction des états de maladie de la maladie hépatique en fonction de la progression de la maladie hépatique. L'invention porte spécifiquement sur un procédé de mesure d'au moins une glycoprotéine qui est contenue dans un échantillon collecté à partir d'un sujet et est choisie parmi l'alpha-1-glycoprotéine acide (AGP) et la protéine de liaison à Mac-2 (M2BP), ou l'AGP lié à une première lectine choisie parmi AOL et MAL est mesuré lorsque la glycoprotéine est AGP, et M2BP lié à une seconde lectine choisie parmi WFA, BPL, AAL, RCA120 et TJAII est mesurée lorsque la glycoprotéine est M2BP.

本願発明は、従来よりも高い精度で肝疾患を検出できる糖鎖マーカー糖タンパク質の測定方法を提供することを課題とする。また、本願発明は、従来よりも高い精度で肝疾患を検出できる肝疾患の検査方法を提供することを課題とする。また、本願発明は、上記測定方法に用いる糖タンパク質定量用試薬を提供することを課題とする。さらに、本願発明は、肝疾患の進行に応じた肝疾患病態を区別できる肝疾患病態指標糖鎖マーカー糖タンパク質を提供することを課題とする。被験者より採取された試料に含まれるalpha-1-acid glycoprotein(AGP)およびMac-2-binding protein(M2BP)から選択される少なくとも一つの糖タンパク質の測定方法であって、糖タンパク質がAGPの場合には、AOLおよびMALから選択される第1レクチンに結合するAGPを測定し、糖タンパク質がM2BPの場合には、WFA、BPL、AAL、RCA120およびTJAIIから選択される第2レクチンに結合するM2BPを測定する糖タンパク質の測定方法。
